[2013-08-16] A Google User: Used to be good Now, constant error messages that developer refuses to address or aknowledge. |
[2013-08-15] A Google User: Network Failure notification.....no response LevelUp can care less Apparently Levelup studio can care less about this issue. Multiple threads have been created on their site regarding the issue and each one has been closed marked as resolved by them with not so much as a word. That's great app support :- |
[2013-08-15] A Google User: Wary parker spam all over it |
[2013-08-13] A Google User: Timeline has been fixed! We've had quite a few updates recently trying to fix a reluctant timeline. It seems they fixed it now! Thanks, as this is really a great apply. 5* if it makes me a cuppa! |
[2013-08-13] A Google User: Thought it was just me but something is really wrong guys. Struggling to unfollow people cause their profiles don't load. "Error uploading profile". Even though I've paid for this app, gonna move to Twicca now, hopefully won't experience this frustration there. |
[2013-08-09] A Google User: Support... ...the devs of a great app. Since the last major update, 50%-75% of the pictures people post won't load. It has the logo bird inside of a circle w/ a line through it. If you follow the link, the picture is there. It just won't load in the app. Fix this and I won't complain about the app jumping around to random tweets and not the one I left it on.. |
[2013-08-08] A Google User: Network Error Boo for Network Error. This has previously been reported in the developer's forum but the thread got closed without any response whatsoever. - Samsung Galaxy S4 |
[2013-08-06] A Google User: As of 5.33 It constantly gives the status that it is updating my Direct Messages, which hasn't changed at all recently. |
[2013-08-04] A Google User: Really not good I like things like having pictures show up in the feed. I like mute filters and multiple accounts. But so many random bugs. After you post a tweet there is no way to know if the tweet went through. There's no toast notification or anything and if you try to update your feed it does not show up. So when I have a weak signal I just have no clue. Other annoyances include: not seeing the tweet you are replying to while you reply, and mentions not all showing up in the mentions tab |
[2013-08-04] A Google User: Awful Really wish I hadn't paid for this app - it's complex, buggy, dysfunctional. |
[2013-08-03] A Google User: Emoji Please add the compatibility for emoji. We can't see all of them. Thanks |
[2013-08-02] A Google User: Perfect! I tried tons of different twitter apps and this is the only one that was done perfectly! Please don't change a thing it's awesome the way it is! Here's some notes on why I didn't like the other ones I tried: Official Twitter App - Doesn't notify for tweets Uber Social - Uses bad internal browser Seesmic - Links in tweets don't open in new browser tabs Tweet Caster - Terrible massive menu design |
[2013-08-02] A Google User: Still has ads I upgraded to plume premium, but it still has the anoying ad banner at the bottom. How do I get rid of that ad banner now? |
[2013-08-02] A Google User: Love this app. Love the twitter client... But also love the Facebook part too. So far it's the only app that has shown all my Facebook newsreel instead of just a few things in random order. |
[2013-07-31] A Google User: Newest update Please stop Plume from jumping to the top of the timeline after a link is clicked on. This is horribly annoying! I get 50 tweets down, read a story someone linked to, go back to plume and my position in the timeline has not been saved even though the option is checked in the settings! Also, I'm notified of a mention, yet it doesn't show up on my mention tab until a few hours later! |
[2013-07-30] A Google User: Best social app By far the best social app in my opinion. Works great, has lots of features, great interface and the developers are very responsive. I wish it could integrate with Google+ but since there isn't much of an API yet I can't fault them for that. |
[2013-07-28] A Google User: Beginning to regret the $5 I paid for this Some mentions don't show in the 'mentions tab' which is a huge deal if you're a frequent user. And no symbols?! |
[2013-07-28] A Google User: Works good I can't figure out how to change my Header pic. Is this even possible with Plume? Not a 5 star rating for that reason. Help! |
[2013-07-27] A Google User: Good and beautiful |
[2013-07-27] A Google User: Very good! Unlocks full version of Plume for Twitter, which is for sure the best Twitter client in the market! (Have tried them all). |
[2013-07-24] A Google User: Favourite I love the app, but it won't let me know of someone favourites a tweet of mine |
[2013-07-19] A Google User: Laggy Why the hell does this app lag so bad when scrolling? This has been my favorite android app since the G1 days buy it's been getting worse. Not to mention randomly jumping to the top of my timeline. |
[2013-07-17] A Google User: Wont post to Facebook Wont post to Facebook |
[2013-07-16] A Google User: Nonsense Why do I need to download and have two apps just get premium features? |
[2013-07-16] A Google User: Lovely app. Easily one of the best twitter apps there are. Has a smooth and slick design, and integrates with a facebook feed so everything is in one place. Regular version has a small advert bar which can be dismissed if it becomes annoying, but takes up a very small amount of screen space. Adverts are the only difference between paid and unpaid versions, so no features are being held ransom. Paid is a wonderful way to support the devs, but at no point did I feel I had to pay to get the most out of the app. |
[2013-07-16] A Google User: Crashing constantly Crashing multiple times per day |
[2013-07-15] A Google User: Broken Can't connect my Twitter account. Every time I try the page hangs. |
[2013-07-14] A Google User: Much better after update Great but the keyboard lags after sending a tweet |
[2013-07-14] A Google User: Awesome After coming off quite a few different twitter apps. I'm going with plume, it rocks. Great notifications, good setup and not too laggy. I like it. RIP tweet deck. |
[2013-07-10] A Google User: Hey They fixed and now working well, I like this best out of all the twit aps |
[2013-07-06] A Google User: very nice nothing like this app |
[2013-07-06] A Google User: Still have ads I paid $5 for the sole reason of eliminating annoying ads. Still getting them. Not cool!! |
[2013-07-06] A Google User: One of the greats! I love the new interface and the included widgets are a great feature. Well worth the license price. |
[2013-07-05] A Google User: Support Couldn't stand the ads, don't mind supporting the devs either. |
[2013-07-03] A Google User: Spectacular Spectacular |
[2013-06-30] A Google User: Why background service Since latest update there is a background service despite background updates being switched off - not good! |
[2013-06-29] A Google User: New update is horrible The last update saw the link to view the profile from a tweet disappear, which was exceptionally annoying but ultimately not a deal breaker. Throw in the new UI without even fixing that? I'm ready to look for something new. I really regret ever having paid for the premium version of this, especially since instead of addressing negative feedback they instead RT'd four positive comments and called it a day. |
[2013-06-29] A Google User: Samsung galaxy 3 This is a great app..only problem is that the notifications doesn't pop up in my notification bar how do I fix that |
[2013-06-29] A Google User: Try it! Very good, I think it's one of the best apk for Twitter and Facebook. Long life! |
[2013-06-28] A Google User: Not pleased - Galaxy Note 2 I love this Twitter client. I do. It's smooth and cute. Which is why I decided to pay the $4.99 for the premium version. Only after that fact did I realize that I am NOT getting any notifications. Which is ridiculous for a $5 app. PLEASE FIX and I will change to 5 stars. |
[2013-06-28] A Google User: Still getting ads This app was so much better than the stock twitter app I happily paid to not be plagued by advertising, unfortunately even with the premium I am still getting them. |
[2013-06-27] A Google User: Very disappointing Had high hopes when I tried out the basic version and was happy enough to pay for premium. Then I don't know what happened - constant bugginess with updates. Sometimes only my main profile shows and accounts I added second and third simply don't load. Sending a tweet takes forever - one time I was surprised to see a tweet clear TWENTY-FOUR HOURS after I had pressed send, and after I'd been to a number of places that had excellent coverage/wifi. My own tweets don't show up in my timeline OR in other accounts I follow them from, so I can't easily tell when or even if my tweet has cleared. Unless I go to my desktop and use another Twitter app -- one of which I will now load on my phone instead of Plume. |
[2013-06-26] A Google User: Api rate Sup limit still awful. I'm forced to use two apps. What's the point of paying for an app and having these issues? And no one provides answers. |
[2013-06-24] A Google User: Notifications issues Still not applicable with os 4.1 |
[2013-06-22] A Google User: Best Twitter client Been using it for years now, but just got around to reviewing it. Love the UI refresh. Looks good and easier to read. Please add a way to view individual tweets (for screen shot purposes). |
[2013-06-22] A Google User: Great new UI The new UI is great and was enough to get me to finally totally retire Tweakdeck. Would still love a combined Facebook and Twitter column option tho. Great work devs! |
[2013-06-22] A Google User: Good but can be better This app is great, love the level of customisation available however one thing needs to be fixed. When i select followers,i want to view a list of ppl that actually follow me,i DO NOT want to see their tweets, this is a bug, apps should not try to be be too smart,if i want to view tweets i will click on tweets, fix this, will give it perfect a 5 once this is fixed and when you add more themes |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: Brilliant Love the new update! Looks great, crisp and clean. Well done... |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: 6/21 Update Why did you get rid of the gray theme? That was my preference and one of the primary differences why I liked your app. So now we go to only 2 choices for themes? |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: Great Love the new UI. Refreshing. Feels more native and holo. Should be more consistent in the fonts. Definitely a great leap forward. |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: WOW! Very impressed! Love Love Love the new update! |
[2013-06-15] A Google User: Getting Better Not too bad |
[2013-06-12] A Google User: Wtf? Mesage to the developers - STOP MESSING AROUND WITH THE NOTIFICATION TONE!!! Seriously, how old are you lot??? This is what you get with the paid version - they change settings like that for the fun of it. IT'S MY TABLET, MY TWITTER ACCOUNT AND, SEEING AS I PAID FOR THE PREMIUM VERSION, MY APP. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!! |
[2013-06-12] A Google User: GREAT app I just wish it stick to 1 account like in seesmic reading 1000's of tweets is not fun. |
[2013-06-11] A Google User: Best twitter app Love the app but please update to support playing inline vine videos and more image services. |
[2013-06-09] A Google User: Smashing softwarr Top notch and really love it!! |
[2013-06-09] A Google User: Good client. Lots of recent API errors. |
[2013-06-06] A Google User: Plums Love / Like relationship. Colorful I like! |
[2013-06-06] A Google User: Great until it broke Loved this app until yesterday-- suddenly searches turn up no results. Reinstalled and no change. |
[2013-06-05] A Google User: Plume Still my favorite Twitter app. |
[2013-06-04] A Google User: Cool but... ...does anyone know how to UNmute? |
[2013-05-30] A Google User: The best twitter app made!!!! |
[2013-05-29] A Google User: !!! Why when I check someone's profile tweet not appear disappointment :::( |
[2013-05-28] A Google User: The best |
[2013-05-25] A Google User: Used to be good, now dev is on crack Well, something. The URL shortening is one hot mess, lots of forced closes, and no answers from dev...ugh. |
[2013-05-17] A Google User: Great Definitely the best third-party Twitter app that also lets you cross-post to Facebook...and I've tried them all. |
[2013-05-14] A Google User: OK, but has Facebook issues... Not sure if this company really cares about improvements. There's no recent activity on their Facebook page, and I didn't notice any previous posts from Plume trying to help users. I've sent them messages via Twitter multiple times as well to see why my Facebook account constantly needs to be reauthorized. Needless to say, it's extremely inconvenient - especially when the other Twitter apps I have installed don't do that. Ready to uninstall for good at this point. |
[2013-05-12] A Google User: Still not showing Tweet replies Only shows original tweet when you click Show Replies...not the replies!! |
[2013-05-12] A Google User: At version 5.9 & most updates are fixes Every release breaks something that then might be fixed in next release which will break something. |
[2013-05-10] A Google User: Show replies hasn't worked for several weeks |
[2013-05-09] A Google User: Still see ads Plume feed has been great with no ads, but I occasionally see them at the bottom of the (cuicui) browser. Gets very frustrating. |
[2013-05-08] A Google User: Love the app, but... Please address the issue with the timeline randomly jumping back to the top while you scroll through it. It's been happening for months and it is sooo annoying. |
[2013-05-02] A Google User: Eh Was 5 stars till the last update won't allow tweets over 140 characters |
[2013-04-23] A Google User: The best. Thank you for continuing to provide such excellent support, despite Twitter's attempts to hurt third party app development. |
[2013-04-23] A Google User: Horrible with api limits This is pathetic with the new update. Used to love the app. Now its complete crap. Cant even actively use twitter without the api bs showing up. Fix it please. |
[2013-04-22] A Google User: needs work - and a google play link to email dev In many ways this is my favorite twitter client. I have the paid version of it (and tweetcaster, and seesmic). Right now there is a bug that is making this nearly unusable. If you switch orientation, or (at least on my tablet running 4.2.2) click on a link and go to the browser to read the link (plume browser or Chrome) and you return - you are way way off your last reading place. It is maddening. I have to choose between links or another twitter client. Secondly, it is unacceptable to have an app, especially a paid app, with no link to email developer in the play store. Just a weblink that goes to a worthless page. Devs always say do not list bugs in feedback - well, sorry, no other way to deal with it. |
[2013-04-21] A Google User: Can not download premium app from the market HTC EVO. |
[2013-04-21] A Google User: API Issues I could really do with the little things like broken display pictures and feed issues or even tweets not deleting correctly, but the constant API notice popping up as soon as I open my app is really starting to annoy me. It keeps me from refreshing or even posting my tweets, and when the status does show up, they're in the wrong order of which I sent them. Please see to it soon. Regardless, Plume provides everything I need in a Twitter app and then some. Thank you for all the hard work. |
[2013-04-21] A Google User: Best twitter app |
[2013-04-21] A Google User: Great app Would give 5 stars if you could generate notifications whenever someone Favourites one of your tweets. I've had to install the a separate twitter client app just to get these particular notifications |
[2013-04-20] A Google User: Tweet Marker Positioning Failing Every time I close the app I get a Tweet Marker Position failed and it goes back to wherever on the timeline it was when I first opened the app. Also having an issue where if I rotate the screen horizontal then back to vertical it often jumps to the very top of the timeline. |
[2013-04-20] A Google User: Tons of options Better than carbon, Twicca, and official Twitter app |
[2013-04-16] A Google User: Galaxy S2 Was the best Twitter app out there by a mile. Now it's rubbish. NEVER used to get this API calls rate limit reached error message, and I use Twitter all the time. Now I get it ALL THE TIME. Despite 2 recent updates. Finally had enough. Uninstalling and going elsewhere. |
[2013-04-14] A Google User: One tiny bug Fantastic app, been using it for a long time without issue. However, when I try to view who I'm following on my profile page, whenever I try to load past the first couple it says, "Sorry, that tweet no longer exists on the server." No idea what the cause is, tries wiping and reinstalling, etc, with no avail. Using a Sprint Galaxy S III |
[2013-04-13] A Google User: Superb I've been using this a couple weeks and it's worth paying up to kill the ads for this great tweety client |
[2013-04-13] A Google User: Best amongst all If you are looking for a twitter client then look no further. This one is best. |
[2013-04-12] A Google User: No email No email address provided on this app page so have to write here. Past couple of updates have broken it, I can no longer go in to people's profiles to view tweets or follow them, says I have no permission to see profile. |
[2013-04-11] A Google User: Best Twitter App I've Tried Lots of upgrades, though that seem to be fixes. Its not as if I'm seeing any new toys. |
[2013-04-07] A Google User: Great app Really nice interface, very smooth actions. Nice features such as being able to exclude one or more recipients from a reply-to-all |
[2013-04-04] A Google User: No good Please need my refund back on my card I tried and tried it just keeps crashing :( |
[2013-04-03] A Google User: BEST TWITTER APP!!! No doubt the best twitter app out. I've tried them all. There's absolutely no other app that handles multiple accounts as gracefully. It has the best widgets. It also has the highest level of customization. So good, I bought the ad free version. |
[2013-04-01] A Google User: Best twitter app. |
[2013-04-01] A Google User: A 5 Star if.. ..You can get my avatar updated. I uploaded a new pic as my avatar, my friends can see it but I keep seeing my old avatar on my timeline! Oh and sometimes mentions are a little laggy, but it's not a big problem. |
[2013-03-31] A Google User: Five stars are waiting... ...for when you fix the erroneous rotation of jpgs. Apart from that the app is near perfect. Well done. |
[2013-03-27] A Google User: Outstanding on several levels ... I have been using Plume a LONG time. I upgraded to PRO a few months ago. It has always been the "prettiest," and probably the only droid twitter client to rival Twittelator for iPhone (my GF hasn't yet seen the light regarding Android but hope springs eternal). NOW ... it's functionally great too, and is one of the VERY VERY FEW apps out there where you can clear the cache and NOT have a "built in non clearable bloat" to 15, 20, 25MB of Real Estate because it keeps adding data. The merged account view (I have 2) is terrific and especially if you assign different colors to your OWN tweets sent from those accounts. In ONE mentions timeline you then see all with a designated "colored side bar" denoting which account. You can RT to BOTH accounts, you SEE retweets of YOU in the stream, and natural retweets you've sent of others. Again, another wonderful thing about Plume. It seems to get faster with every update as well ... I imagine the author is cleaning up/optimizing code as well as adding features ... can't say enough about this now, and as Twidroyd and Seesmic were both "buyout victims," in my opinion Plume Pro is the last best app standing. Cheers & kudos! :-) |
[2013-03-25] A Google User: Simply the Best!!! Officially the best Twitter application around. ***** |
[2013-03-24] A Google User: Need New Follower Notifications |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Profile pic My profile pic is right but next to my tweets is the last pic I had up. Its never consistent. |
[2013-03-21] A Google User: Cannot see others mentions This should be standard in a twitter app |
