Tinfoil for Facebook в Android Market

Tinfoil for Facebook (v. 1.1.5)

Tinfoil for Facebook is for those users that require a Tinfoil Hat when logging in to Facebook. It creates a sandbox for Facebook's mobile site in order to protect your privacy and to avoid the ability others to track your browsing history.

Requires INTERNET permissions, and if you are skeptic about it, feel free to check the source code here: https://github.com/velazcod/Tinfoil-Facebook

It also requires the "COARSE_LOCATION" permission. This is NOT used UNLESS you enable "Allow Check-ins" on the preferences, otherwise Check-ins won't work. This option is disabled by default.

Latest:
- Ability to upload pictures through the web interface (Newsfeed -> Photo -> Choose file). This is not the same as "picture sharing" since you can't do it from your favorite gallery application yet, that's coming soon.

One of the best FB apps I've used. That coming from someone who's tried many alternatives. The 'kill' option is great, but there's the occasional problem where it goes to previous page or so when I try to kill it. Great app otherwise. Minimal in terms of features and file size. Would rate again.

Quickest way to access facebook This is the first Facebook solution on android that I've actually been happy with! Having tried fast, friendcaster, the official app and others, I was still relying on my browser for Facebook to get the best functionality and no glitches. I would love to give this another star if some improvements are made. Biggest issue for me right now is that it sends me to my homepage when I click a notification, instead of the comment or 'like' that it should be sending me to. Does The Job Very good app. Facebook is a turd, but there's nothing any of us can do about that. Is there a way to have it remember 'most recent' instead of whatever weirdness it defaults to? Started draining battery Great app. I just recently started noticing, however, that my Galaxy Nexus was getting very hot. When I checked my battery usage, this app was at the top of the list. This just started happening a few days ago. I have been having trouble commenting on the news feed using my Asus Transformer 300. When I hit "enter" to submit a story, it simply adds an extra line in my post. This occurs whether I use the dock or just the tablet. To my knowledge, there is no other way to submit the post using this app.

Am also receiving a keyboard bug with ICS Great app. But prediction will some times work, sometimes not in ICS using the default ICS keyboard. I noticed this also happens when in the browser on the Facebook Mobile site. So it's likely a problem with the site, and not your app. (Which is unfortunate as I don't see Facebook fixing it)
