After logging in and poking around a bit, invite some friends to share your predicted location. Currently, Google Latitude is the only location provider that you can connect to your account. Your predicted location only uses your most recent data and it's automatically updated every week.
Be sure to sign in using the same account you use for Google Latitude, otherwise Succotash can't make its predictions.
