SkateSpots finds spots near you, adds your favorite spots, searches for spots all over the world just out there waiting for you to skate!
With the SkateSpots application you can search for skate parks, street skating, the best hills to go longboarding and much, much more. By using the SkateSpots filtering functionality you can select spots matching your skate style, filter on indoor, outdoor, park, street, ramp, bowl, longboard etc.
Found a spot to skate and don’t know how to get there, no problem, use the map view and it will take you there in no time…

[2012-07-01] Can: Very lacking. It only shows one pic. But you can load 3. I can't load pics and link them to location. I should be able to drop pin points in the map and post that way. I would have to travel back to every spot. And that's a lot. And yes this should link to Google not Facebook. |

[2012-06-30] allseeker: Pretty sweet This is an awesome app. I just wish it wouldn't crash while on taking photos. It's very inconvenient to have to redo the info . And if it had maybe some notes for each spot. That would be cool. Keep working on this it has lots of potential. |

[2012-06-26] Woody: Needs better content Great concept with lots of potential but the quaility of the submissions is lacking (this is not the devs fault). I also don't like that a Facebook account is required to login. I'd suggest vetting the spots to make sure unskateable spots and crappy photos don't bloat the map. Also would like to be able to login with my Google account. This would ensure that almost everyone with an Android phone could login. |
