Permissions Explanined:
*Storage: This allows the app to save TTS data and Last Tweets to the SD Card/USB Storage.
*Location: This is used to pinpoint you so that you can send location data with your tweet. It will only retrive data if you explictly press the "Location" button. The extra location provider commands are used get your location quicker. Again, this will only retrive data if you explictly press the "Location" button. Your location is only sent in your tweet and will never be sent to anyone else.
*Network Access: This is used to login and send your tweet.
*Phone calls: This will allow the app to quickly log you into twitter using your phones unique id. This doesn't call, SMS or send your mobile number.
*Hardware Controls: This allows the phone to quickly vibrate to notify you if your tweet has been sent.
