Remember Penpals?
This is a free app to let you send letters to anybody in the world. Beside just sending this app will try to translate your letter into the language of your penpal!
So just type in your language and send your letter to anybody in the world!
I hope you will meet many new friends!

Note on location privacy:
If you are a criminal or you cheat on your wife don't use this application since police and her will know where you are of course.
If you are afraid to exist in this world please don't use this application.
There is a hint: If you disable navigation on your phone during account creation, you will not be visible. Again this is not fair to other users, so please don't do that, there are loads of boring programs that let you chat in total privacy.
