myReader 4.04 change logs:
- add Facebook news feed and inbox reading
- remove Gmail notification and reading because Google have hided this functionality from the developers.
- remove message translation from one language to another as Google have decided to charge the users for this functionality.
Description:
myReader is an audio app to read all your SMS, Twitter and Facebook messages. It is useful when you don't want to tie up your hands and eyes for checking SMS, Twitter and Facebook message updates to your account. Driving is a good example where myReader would come in handy. The app also help those of us who have vision impairment to have access to the internet messages.
Beside message reading capability, myReader is also pride in being able to read messages in many languages as they arrived.
I found listening to public tweeting a very useful feature of myReader. For example I was on the road when the women world cup final was playing. So by entering the search string 'women world cup final', I was able to listen to all the tweets and follow the game. That was the next best thing for me beside following the event on the TV. You may have other events and interests which you would want to follow.

Note that the experimental languages sound more robotic than the one supported natively by the phone. If you would prefer a more naturally speaking voice, you may want to purchase that voice module from the Android Market.

IMPORTANT NOTE: please do not upgrade to Android OS v.2.3.5, this specific version has broken the gmail reading capability. Google is actively fixing this problem and I will notify you here whenever the fix become available.
