Stappie is een smartphone app voor de horeca die je een duidelijk real-time overzicht geeft van wat er te doen is in de stad. Horecaondernemers en studentenorganisaties zetten via Twitter informatie over hun activiteiten, aanbiedingen, feesten, evenementen en optredens in Stappie. Deze tweets staan in geordende lijsten waardoor je makkelijk de informatie kan vinden waar je in geïnteresseerd bent. De lijsten zijn opgemaakt in de categorieën drank, eten, feesten/evenementen, live muziek/DJ en studentenactiviteiten. Binnen deze categorieën kan je ervoor kiezen om alleen de tweets te zien die aangeven wat er ‘vandaag’ in de stad te doen is.

Op een kaartje kan je zien waar al deze activiteiten en aanbiedingen in de horeca plaatsvinden en hoe je bij de horecazaken kunnen komen die ze organiseren. Zo’n zelfde kaartje geeft aan in welke horecazaken jouw ingecheckte Facebook vrienden zich bevinden. Zo heb je een duidelijk overzicht wat er waar te doen is in de stad en wie zich daar bevinden.

Extra functies in Stappie:
