This app provides a fun, exciting, and a new way of communication with which your friends can share just-in-time photos and collages with you. With PixeConn Standard your hosting friends can photo-call (PixeCall) you for a photo snapping session. Your hosting friends might surprise you with photo collages of everyone with you or your pets included.

Unlike contemporary social networking sites, the photo call is exclusive and special for those in the call. You can even install app widget at your phone home screen to have exclusive and direct access to what your loved one can see. The widget can serve as a mini digital photo frame, with photos straight out from your loved one’s camera.

A: All recipients of PixeConn invitation get FREE recipient app (PixeConn Standard) to join your exclusive photo calls. Once invited from the app, your friends will be informed the next steps through regular email. We currently support Android PixeConn and iPhone PixeConn.


Why does PixeConn installation warn about “Service That Costs You Money”?
A: PixeConn messaging is completely FREE. However, PixeConn provides an option for you to send a personal SMS/MMS to users not yet using PixeConn; You will be explicitly warned whenever you explicitly choose to use SMS/MMS, which is “Service That Costs You Money”. Otherwise, PixeConn messaging service is completely free for you.

PhillyGeekCentral is an extension of the Philadelphia Flash Platform Adobe User Group or PFPAUG. It provides a direct mobile view of the latest blog entries, news and updates from the PFPAUG site, including the next upcoming meetings and events, along with quick links to get more information about the next event and to RSVP when required.

PhillyGeekCentral Android is a port of the PhillyGeekCentral iOS/iPhone app designed originally for the Philadelphia Flash Platform Adobe User Group - http://www.pfpaug.org/

Version 1.0 of PhillyGeekCentral for Android was created in Flash CS5 using ActionScript 3 and Adobe AIR 2.5 for Android. Like its iPhone counterpart, it also includes new branding and revised underlying framework so that we can begin supporting and including information from additional Philadelphia based User Groups.

We will be targeting some additional visual enhancements and performance improvements in version 1.1, and then in 1.2 we will introduce full support for additional user groups in the Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas.

This application is a complete rewrite of the PFPAUG application by Robert M. Hall, which was originally based on a modification by Robert M. Hall of the application flexughh, an open source Objective-C iPhone application written by Jens Krause of the Adobe Flex User Group in Hamburg, Germany. The source code is available at: http://github.com/sectore/flexughh-iphone/

The Flash CS5/ActionScript 3 source for both Android and iOS versions will be available soon under and MIT license at:

Shizzlr is about finding out "What's going on?" and then being able to group message with your closest friends. Shizzlr provides places to go and social events going on in your town or school, and then you can select a few friends to discuss making plans to do something. Shizzlr allows you to group message with friends across our mobile apps, via txt message (for you friends without a smartphone), and thru our website shizzlr.com.  

You can use your Facebook account with Shizzlr so you can see what all of your Facebook friends events are and import your own Facebook events too.  The point of Shizzlr isn't to have 1000 friends - it's to find out what those 1000 friends are doing, and then communicate with your closes 5-20 friends on Shizzlr about it.

App EasyShare is the simplest way to share apps with your friends.

App EasyShare lists all apps installed on your Android Phone (excluding standard Android apps) and lets you pick one to share.

Whenever possible, a short link is used (it redirects to the selected application on the Android Market).

All you have to do is select the way you want to share it, and there you go !

You can share through bluetooth, sms, notes, dropbox, facebook, gmail, twitter... and much more: it only depends on which apps you have installed!

App EasyShare does not provide its own sharing means, which is cool because you can therefore use any app you wish, as long as it is able to receive text.
