Inventory Desk Scanner is a utility that can be used as an ADD-ON to Inventory Droid and Inventory Desk applications, OR and a standalone scanner for 3rd party Inventory Application of your PC.

This application will make your Android device act as a direct scanner into Inventory Desk or other Inventory systems or applications.

You can scan from your phone and directly see the results and online database searches appear on Inventory Desk on your PC.

Possible Connection Issues & Meaning:
Transport End Point not Connected = Possibly Connecting to thru 3G on phone instead of WiFi.
<IP>/Network Unreachable = Wrong IP Class or Subnet used.
No Route = Possibly Connecting to thru 3G on phone instead of WiFi.
<HOSTNAME>.home/<IP>:<PORT>  Conection refused = Correct IP subnet but wrong PC, or correct PC but wrong PORT, or correct PC but IDesk Port is not open.
