Cow game Prizes don't always load properly. When trying to redeem a prize, coupon doesn't work in store. I've lost 5 prizes because of this issue.

great app but... can never get the coupons to work. try bringing them up but get "connection error. try again later" once they work (if they work) have no trouble reading coupon number since it doesnt scan.

Disgrace The game gives you 20 spins a day but you hardly ever see three in a row. You should be able to hit something three in a row. Then you would want to play it more. Also why can't the cents of be stretched to 25 gallons? I haven't seen a vehicle made that has a 20 gallon tank . Gas tanks are average in cars and trucks around 12&25 gallons.

Rewards frustrating Dont if its my phone or what but i lose my reward coupons when trying to use them. Even when connected to the wifi. Coupon comes up for 45 seconds and disappears. Dont even get the barcode to scan. Other then that its ok.

Great prior to update, now so-so I love the Rutter's app, but since the last update it will not access my account for rewards. It says "pin verified, but error retrieving account details." It then won't show the card for scanning at the counter. Please fix, I loved this app.

Not that great The only good thing about this app is knowing which station has the cheapest gas. Spin n win, and scanable coupons don't work. It wouldn't scan the triple tea points so I wrote them, they wanted the transaction # off the receipt! Who gets a receipt from buying 1 gallon of tea!? So never got my points!
