Won't login to account The app won't login to my United MileagePlus account which makes it mostly useless. One would expect a better quality application from a company providing the type of service it does. It could use a map view, too.

A high school class to write a more functional app. It's sad when Google provides all that is needed to make this a functional app. I actually rarely use the app because it provides almost zero value. Bad enough that it won't give me directions to a restaurant, but it won't even let me copy the address. Are you kidding me? Your business is about driving people to a restaurant.

It's an unfriendly, useless app. I want to use it and the RN restaurants, but it's terrible. It's a terrible app that could use a significant amount of development, but I use it because no one else is supporting my Rewards Network...

A travesty of modern application development The app doesn't turn off GPS upon exit - the user must force close the app. Also, retaurant details, maps, etc are accessed via the context menu and aren't directly available in the restaurant details, e.g. via a button or link. The functionality provided by the app is rather basic. Many other companies have far superior implementations of the same basic structure. I'm not sure how anyone could have felt comfortable releasing this.

Menus from restaurants are unreadable! You need to have a zoom feature on menus. They are so small, it makes them useless. Integrate copy functions as well. If I can't dial from the app I should be able to copy the phone number to paste into the dialer.

Nearly useless You actually can't search by a restaurant name. Seriously! This limits you from checking on a particular restaurant before making a reservation. Previous posters are also correct that once opened it won't let go of your GPS (even flipping off GPS and back on) so it drains battery fast even in the background (task killing RN Dining finally frees it up, though). Programmed by people who obviously don't use their own app.
