pcb.laen.org provides prototype PCB's for hobbyists at a very low cost.  Orders are grouped together and sent out almost every week. But the orders often fill up before the deadline.

This app shows you the current status of the group PCB orders.  It provides a convenient way to check the deadline and how full the current order is on your Android phone so you won't miss your opportunity to submit your design. It also shows the status of the last few orders so you can track your board's progress.

The app also includes the PCB design rules for your reference.
