Most places are no longer available. Some date back as far as the beginning of '09... also I thought it was a home finder not apartment finder.

Worked great for me, it showed me apts and houses in my area for lease and for sale.

Doesn't list most of the houses in my area. Set the max price for 200k and it only showed me houses that were 99k. Not worth the download.
