No problems here!! Downloaded the app and it works just fine on my lg optimus. Only thing is the cashier has to type in my deals number for the coupons and i always seem to get it done quickly with no hassle. My kids love the free thing every week too so win win!

Awesome app + update With the update, the app loads faster. I like having this app in case I forget my perks card. And with the update also, was the new game. I've already won 2 free things.

Force Closing Loop Tried to view a notification about deals today and during loading and sign-in the app crashes. When given option to click 'Report' or 'Ok', it keeps trying to reload and crashes no matter which option you choose. I was stuck on the force close loop before finally getting that off my screen after several repeated taps to home button. Please fix and will receive 5 stars bc app is very useful when that's not an issue.

Worthless... App will not let me register my card. Only works about half the time. Not worth the data it takes to download it. FIX IT! Alot of complaints but no one is getting the message...

Frustrated I used this app everyday and then one day it just stopped working, will not let me sign in and don't know what you have done to goole but I hate it now. It is hard to manage apps and try to use them on here. My old phone is still on here and I don't use it anymore and don't know how to get it off.

Junk This app used to be great, but doesn't work with the newer 4g phones. I try to log on & keep getting an invalid message. Have to log on the Web. So why even bother with a mobile app?

Piece of crap I have been trying for a couple of months to register my card. I keep on getting a failed registration error message with no explanation as to what is wrong. I have tried to contact Family Express for help regarding this and have received no response.

Lost pin number App one day asked for my pin which i don't remember. There isn't an option to retrieve it. So I tried to register a new card and it isn't letting me do that either.
