No matter you are in Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, or Calgary, you only need one app! With our Sales Tax calculator, you can have a better budget control when you go shopping.
Our app covers the GST and provincial sales tax for Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
***QUEBEC and PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND Tax Rate***
Quebec and Prince Edward Island users please beware. Despite the nominal tax rate is 8.5% and 10%, your province's effective tax rate is 8.975% and 10.5% respectively. This is due to the 5% tax charged by federal government is chargeable to province tax too. We are not making mistake in the app.
