Instant access to “Q” deals and discounts.  Once you find a deal or discount, it’s transferred to your phone from the "Q", and it becomes "Q" cash on the phone.  The "Q" cash is spent when you present the "going green" "Q" pon to the merchant and the merchant either scans the "Q" pon bar code or enters the "Q" pon code.
