FRC Spyder gives you access to up-to-the-minute results for all FIRST Robotics Competition events of the 2013 season. Use it to download and view match schedules, match scores, and event rankings as they're posted.
On Android 2.2+ devices, register to receive automatic push notifications when scores for selected teams are posted.

[2013-08-27] A Google User: Very handy app but at the mercy of FIRST Like others, we use this heavily when at a Regional. At our first, there was no data because there were "technical glitches" on FIRSTs part preventing data from going to the web/Twitter. That made the app useless to us for the entire event. At our second, there appeared to be intermittent delays in data getting to the app even with manual refreshing. Notifications seemed to work fine but overall event info seemed to lag. This time the web/Twitter feeds were current so Im not sure if the fault lay at DWABs server(s) or not. At Championships the stats seemed to be current all the time so perhaps there are some infrastructure issues dealing with heavy loads. If that is the case then 2014 will be a bad year as more events have been added to the calendar. Feature request: Add the ability to get alarms / notifications for teams that are competing based on the published schedule and match progress. That way you are less likely to miss an important match because you were busy in the pits or scouting or foraging or... Despite some intermittent issues with data updates, if you are a FIRST FRC team then this is one app you really need to have. |

[2013-04-24] A Google User: Good, but could use search When I'm busy in the pits or looking up other teams, this helps a lot with finding statistics and getting the info I need. It would be a lot more helpful if there was a search option to find a team or event quicker, though. |

[2013-04-16] A Google User: Good, but buggy At Wisconsin regionals, it worked perfectly. However, at Midwest, it would take an hour or two to update. Now, it shows the competitions, but no teams, rankings or stats associated with them. |

[2013-03-23] A Google User: Great but could get better. Awesome app. Helps Team 456 every year and never fails. However, this year at the Bayou Regional in NOLA the schedule on the app was an hour later from the actual schedule. Everything else is perfect! |
