This is the Renewal Key for your existing WhitePages with CallerID app. Launch this app and press "Renew Now" for an additional 6 months of CallerID. Your display may take 24 hours to update.
If you don't already have the WhitePages app, then you don't need a renewal key - get the "WhitePages with Caller ID" app instead.
