Good app Would be nice to have the alternate event instructions available, this is a great tool nonetheless. Everything is readily available, within seconds.

Timers need work! One of the main reasons that I got this app was so I could test myself, including timing and calculating the results. This morning I went to do the run, and after the first .5 mile checked my time. The timer had reset to 0! I started the timer again and walked so I could start over in a couple minutes. After a minute or 2 I checked the time, and it reset itself again after the screen timed out. This app is the most useful for for soldiers that want to test themselves periodically. Nobody in their right mind should be using a phone timer for a record APFT; they're just not as trustworthy as a real stopwatch. It would be helpful if the 2 minute timer started at maybe 2:10 (or even variable) to allow time for starting the timer, then getting in position. With that in mind, audio time prompts like those used in a real APFT are necessary. I'll continue using my Tabata timer for the 2 minute timers and the Android Clock stop watch for the run. HTC Evo 4G, Android 4.1

Very useful Although there are a few bugs, it is still very useful. As another user stated, a run time any greater than or equal to 26:01 will show as 100 points for the run. This error does not make this program deserve a 1 star rating. For women over 62, a time of 25:00 can be passing. The official document only goes to 26:30, but the error in the program should be easily fixable. There is already verification for the input fields.
