Footnotes could be easier I love this app and bought it. No reader on the market handles footnotes well, and even on a tablet they are impossible to select.

love it, but . . . Great reader! Page animation would enhance the experience, and my night font color has stopped setting. I use cyan on dark blue, but no matter whether I set it for cyan, yellow or red -- it stays black.

Best pdf viewer I've found. The separate controls for text and margin size makes it really easy to view pdfs comfortably. Reflows text very well without chopping up words.

Not a bad reader BUT: After I purchased the reader I found that I can indeed import Adobe Digital Editions PDF books that I downloaded from my library. The unfortunate part is that the text is to small and there is no way to change font size and have it 'flow' throughout the rest of the book.

I don't understand the bad reviews... Aldiko is a powerful ebook reader with a beautiful, easy-to-use interface that organizes and displayes all your ebooks on a nice-looking virtual "book shelf" and it recognizes just about every ebook format out there. It always remembers where you left off, and has built-in bookmarks, day/night mode, dictionary, store, and all the other features you'd expect from an ebook reader app. Long-press on any word to pull up a dictionary, web search or to copy & paste. Aldiko + Calibre = ebook heaven!
