You Advance In Life (v. 3.5) Разработано David Balmin |
This app helps you track and maintain the list of your life's goals along with the steps toward reaching each goal. The Pro version of this app is available that offers data encryption and password protection.
This is not a to-do list application. It's not designed for managing your everyday chores or work schedule.
Even though it allows you to conveniently schedule alerts to remind you about the important goals in your life, it doesn't emphasize calendar planning. The emphasis of this program is on the list of long-lasting things that are important to you. Many of them don't have a target completion date due to their nature. A few examples are: getting more education, perfecting your skills in snowboarding, in sailing, in guitar or piano playing...
This app helps you keep the list of descriptions of your goals that you can easily scroll up and down for quick review. A simple tap on any goal opens its description for viewing or editing its text, optional current status and optional self-grading. You can optionally set up a date/time for automatic reminding about the selected goal. You can also maintain the list of steps toward each selected goal.
There are four basic screens in this hierarchy:
"The list of goals" --> "The details of the selected goal"
--> "The list of steps toward the selected goal"
--> "The details of the selected step (that also has optional status and self-grading).
The Back button on your mobile phone or the app’s "Done" button returns you to the previous screen. The Menu button on your phone is always available to allow you to easily navigate through this app.
It's VERY easy to use. You can orient your mobile phone vertically or horizontally to use a layout of each screen that is most suitable for your reading and typing.
In addition, you can save your data in multiple backup files with different names on the SD card on your mobile phone; then you can remove the current data from the screen and start over, or you can restore data from any of the backup files on your SD card.
You can also share your backup files with other people who have installed this app on their mobile phones.
Several people can maintain their life goals on one mobile phone and invoke them on the screen from multiple backup files!
Read the simple operating instructions on this app’s web site which has helpful tips and a short tutorial for "You Advance in Life" application.

[2012-10-22] A Google User: Potential Words like grade are on two lines. Text boxes partially cover up titles. In other words UI is poor; however potential is great. I am looking for training app and the steps system is great, but I could use a notes section to use as reference from last training session. Perhaps this is wrong application for my need. |
