This does not work I feel jerked. Im trying to restore my contacts, now im helpless because I trusted wirefly. Wirefly sucks. I will never buy another phone from them.

They should just Give up in every thing, selling phones and all. Everything they do is horrible. Phones and the lying people that work there. Can't get in touch with them most time especially for this non functional app. Then they got the nerve to make one with a price tag on it.. Been years, you'd think they would be better by now. its worse than before.

Does not work Installed on evo 4g. Registered put pin and password but does not connect. Also runs in background and kills battery n slows down phone. This is a zero rating. Uninstalling.

Backups all data without permission I requested on contact backups, then overnight it goes and does a full data backup (photos, vidoes), using my entire months worth of data.

Horrible Wirefly mobile backup did not recover any if my 141 contacts! There customer service is NOT 24/7 at all and some days they do not even pick up the phone. The call goes to voice mail and no one calls you back. Emails do not exist and I am still waiting for a response. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Poor customer service Re flashed my phone and they can not get me logged in to do a restore. Not worth using CPU if you can not get the few files back.

Very disappointing If I could award zero stars for this app, I would. The description in Android Market is very misleading. As a result, people who install this will get a false sense of security. It only backs up contacts, videos, music and pictures. What about emails, texts, settings, etc., etc? If you use this app with a view to transferring all relevant content from one phone to another, you're going to be disappointed. An additional warning - it hogs the CPU on an HTC Wildfire S (even when running in the background).
