[2012-02-12] tmb: disappointing SwipeIt is a great app in general, but WidgetPad is very limited in what it can do. All it provides is the ability to add shortcuts to the launcher that will then pop up the widget. What it should do is allow the user to add the widget directly into the pad itself. |

[2012-01-21] Derek: Widget functionality Please, please, PLEASE update this so that widgets toggle when clicked in the swipepad drawer. I own almost every swipepad addon and thought this would be my favorite, but it's just so inconvenient to click so many times just to turn on my led flashlight |

[2012-01-17] Matthew: Not Useful Refunded and uninstalled. Only shows icon with shortcut to widget, not widget itself with its updated information. It will show it AFTER clicking on it, but not on the selection screen at a glance. Thunderbolt |

[2012-01-08] fazyluck: Please add a way to edit individual squares. It takes forever to move widgets around to different spots/squares. Doesn't show Widgetoid icons on pads. Instead you get a generic [no label/no icon] icon. Other than that, works smooth on my NexusS. App is a must have. |

[2011-12-31] Anim8or: Great idea, but in practice, its not as useful as it seems. It needs to support all types of widget toggles, especially the ones from the settings menu (on HTC sense: wifi, rotate, ringer, brightness...) which is kinda what I hoped it would do. Support for multiple widgets per slot would be nice since it doesn't toggle directly but rather opens another page to do so. I'll stick to it because there's no other app like it yet, in hopes it gets updated soon to unlock its full potential; and get my full rating !! |
