This app will make it easy for you to view several technical support tools for many Schlage commercial electronic security products.  Whether you're at the door and can't remember a programming step, installing a lock on a door and need to know how to insert the key cylinder, or planning your site and need to know how far apart you can install components, this app can help you right at the moment you need it.

It provides direct access to the How-To Videos from the SchlageSecurity YouTube channel.  Today, our videos can be difficult to locate on a mobile device, and this app provides simpler access to them.  It also allows you to access product documentation, including datasheets, installation guides, and user guides for AD-Series and CO-Series products.  Simply browse through the menus to find what you're looking for.  Additionally, you can call our customer care line directly from this app.

Please note that some documents, such as installation guides, are between 2-6 MB in size and may take several moments to download.  Most of the content, including the user guides, are much smaller and will download quickly over a 3G or good Wi-Fi connection.

This app provides a simple search screen for your Contacts. It allow you to search by contact partial name,email address,company name. To search all contacts, just leave the Partial Name,Email Address,Company Name fields empty and tap Search.

At the search results screen, you can check a group of them and tap Action. The pop-up dialog allow you to update your earlier selected contacts phone number Ringtone, Send to Voicemail, Starred all of them in one tap action. This is much better than you go to update them one by one.

Second feature allows you to glance in a single search results screen all the phone numbers and tap phone icon to dial out. For SAME contact with multiple phone numbers they will be listed out one by one. This is helpful as some existing Contact app require you to tap on them to go "inside" to see all their numbers before you can dial out. This is trouble-some as nowadays more contacts have multiple phone numbers for different purposes. Listing them all out without the need to go "inside" will save a lot of time for us.

The application support English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese display.
