For quick access to the controls for turning Wi-Fi on and off, this application requires device permissions to view Wi-Fi state, change Wi-Fi state, and "prevent device from sleeping".  This application does not, however, do anything to prevent the device from sleeping.

In order to display whether the GPS receiver is on or off, for display purposes only, this application requires the additional device permission to access "fine (GPS) location".  This application, however, does not actually ever access device location information.

Mit dieser App können Sie per Smartphone / Tablet PC auf alle Daten Ihres Unternehmens zugreifen, zu denen Ihr Administrator Ihnen Zugang gewährt. Dieser Text beschreibt die Funktionen der App, nicht jedoch die einzelnen Dialoge und Listen, da diese individuell von den Administratoren konfiguriert werden.

1. Start der App und Aufruf der Einstellungen

Startseite:

a) Icon im oberen Bereich:  Start der App
b) Icon unten links (mit Werkzeugsymbolen): Einstellungen (Punkte 2.-4.)
c) Icon unten in der Mitte: Offline-Dialoge (Punkt 5)
d) Icon unten rechts: Offene Aktionen (Punkt 6)

2. Einstellungen

2.1. Preload (Gallery) aktiveren

Ist der Preload aktiviert, werden neben dem Verlauf zu jedem Dialog sowohl die Benutzereingaben gespeichert, die  zu diesem Dialog geführt haben, als auch die abgefragten Daten. Sie sehen dann eine „Gallery“ der letzten zuvor aufgerufenen Listen/Dialoge in einer horizontalen Leiste im oberen Bereich des Bildschirms. Durch Berühren können Sie die Gallery scrollen, um die dann die gewünschten Listen/Dialoge zu öffnen.

2.2. Anzahl Seiten für Preload

Je mehr Seiten Sie im Preload speichern, desto breiter wird die Gallery-Leiste. Stellen Sie hier die Seitenzahl ein, die Ihnen eine optimale Übersicht bietet.

2.3. Timeout

Mit dem Timeout wird die Zahl in Sekunden eingegeben, nach der eine Serverabfrage abgebrochen werden soll. Durch ein Timeout kann man nach dessen Ablauf in der App weiter arbeiten, ohne sie beenden zu müssen.

2.4. Lebenszeit der Session

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die von Ihnen genutzte Lizenz so kurz wie benötigt zu nutzen, so daß sie für andere Nutzer verfügbar wird. Geben Sie eine Minutenzahl ein für Ihre Session ein.

2.5. Hilfstexte anzeigen

So lange Ihnen die Funktionen der App noch nicht ausreichend vertraut sind, empfiehlt sich die Aktivierung der Hilfstexte. Sie haben Sie Auswahl zwischen kurzen, langen und deaktivierten Hilfstexten.

2.6. Kurzer Klick/Langer Klick
Sofern Ihr Administrator der App die Freiheit dazu lasst, können Sie selbst definieren, wie die App auf einen kurzen / langen Klick / eine kurze / lange Berührung reagieren soll:

a) „ignorieren“: Die App reagiert nicht auf kurze Klicks.
b) „Markierung setzen/entfernen“: einzelne Daten werden markiert / einzelne Markierungen werden entfernt
c) „Alle Markierungen setzen/entfernen“: alle Daten werden markiert / alle Markierungen werden entfernt
d) Kontextmenü: Durch kurzen Klick wird ein Kontextmenü (sofern vorhanden) aufgerufen
e) Doppelklick: Auf eine kurze Berührung reagiert das ausgewählte Feld wie auf einen Doppelklick und überspringt „markieren und weiter“.

2.7. Hybrid-Modus

Die Smartphone-Server App kann Daten und Masken sowohl online als auch offline speichern und verarbeiten.

3. Extras

3.1. Button-Icons löschen

Hier können Sie Buttons, die Sie in der App gespeichert haben, wieder löschen.

3.2. Debugmodus aktivieren

Damit der Administrator ggf. Probleme nachvollziehen kann, können Sie einen Haken bei „Debugmodus aktivieren“ setzen. Damit zeichnen Sie für 1 einzige Session (2.4.) ein Protokoll auf. Sie können das Protokoll unter „Offline-Dialoge“ (5.) per Email an den Administrator senden.

4. Zugangsdaten

Um mit der App auf die Datenquelle zuzugreifen, geben Sie die Zugangsdaten ein, die Ihnen Ihr Administrator nennt, und zwar URL, Port Nr., Benutzernamen und Kennwort.

5. Datenbank

Hier können Sie alle Antworten des SmartPhoneServer zur späteren Verwendung zwischenspeichern.

6. Offene Aktionen

Falls Sie Daten erfassen, aber erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt an den Server übertragen wollen (2.7.), öffnen Sie durch Antippen des Icons unten rechts auf der Startseite der App eine Warteschlange nicht übertragener Daten.

Durch Aufrufen der Menütaste am Gerät können Sie entweder einzelne oder alle Objekte der Warteschlange einzeln übertragen oder löschen.

Q : How do you put a sticky note widget on the home screen?
A : Goto home screen and long press empty space and choose widget, Color Note will be there for sticking on page.

Q : How come the widget and the alarm and remider functions don't work?
A : If the app is installed on the SD card, your widget, reminder and etc. will not work properly because Android doesn't support them! If you have already moved app to SD card, but you want those features, you have to move it back to device and reboot your phone.

Q: I forgot my master password, how can I change it?
A: Menu -> Settings -> Master Password -> Menu Button-> Clear Password. You will lose current locked notes when you clear password!

* Product Description *
Color Note notepad features two basic note taking formats, a lined-paper styled text option and a traditional checklist option. Add as many as you want to your master list, which appears on the app's home screen each time the program opens. This list may be viewed in traditional ascending order, in a grid format, or by the color of the note.

- Taking a Note -
Serving as a simple word processing program, the text option allows for as many characters as you're willing to type with your device's virtual or physical keyboard. Once saved, you can edit, share, set a reminder, check off or delete the note through your device's menu button. When checking off a text note, the app places a slash through the list's title, a mark that shows on the main menu.

- Making To do List or Shopping List -
In the checklist mode, you can add as many items as you'd like and move their order around with the up and down buttons activated in the edit mode. After the list is finished and saved, you may check, and uncheck, each line on your list with a quick tap that generates a line slash. If all items have been checked, the list's title is slashed as well.

When you're finished using the notepad, an automatic save command preserves your individual note.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How can I automatically dial a phone number entered in a task?
A: Type in a phone number in either the contact field or in the note field to display that phone number as a link when viewing it on either the 'Task Detail View' screen or the 'Alarm Notification detail' screen.  Clicking on the link will automatically dial that number.

Q: How do I create a custom filter?
A: To save custom filters press the phones menu button while you are on the 'Sort and Filter Settings' window.  A menu will pop up.  Select 'Save Filter Settings As..'.  Then type in the new filter name and press OK.

Q: Can ToDo Task Manager sync with Google?
A: To add a task to your calendar long press on a task in the task list until a context menu pops up.  Then select the option 'Add to Google Calendar'.
The 'Toodledo.com Sync Add-on -Beta' add-on will sync with the web site Toodledo.com.  On the Toodledo website there are third party tools to sync will Google ( http://www.toodledo.com/widget/google_gadget.php ).  This should allow you to sync my application with Google indirectly.

Q: Can ToDo Task Manager sync with Outlook?
A: My application does not directly sync with Outlook.  It provides the option to import and export tasks to Outlook using a CSV file.
The 'Toodledo.com Sync Add-on -Beta' add-on will sync with the web site Toodledo.com.  On the Toodledo website there are third party tools to sync will Outlook ( http://www.toodledo.com/connect_outlook.php ).  This should allow you to sync my application with Outlook indirectly.

Q: How can I search for a specific task in the to-do list?
A: The search feature is turned off by default.  In the application settings select 'Searching, Sorting, and Filtering'.  Then check the 'Quick Search On/Off' setting.
When quick search is turned on my application will filter the task list based on the text typed in the text field at the bottom of the task list screen.

Q: How do I create a new category?
A: To create a new category simple type in the new category in the category field on the task edit screen.  The button next to the category field displays all of the existing categories in all of the other tasks.

Q: How can I enter additional information in a new task without having to click on the task in the task list?
A: Click on the add task button without entering a task title in the text entry field to automatically open the task creation screen.  You can also set default values for most of the fields.
