[2013-06-15] A Google User: Not bad, lots of features, but I don't like the looks. A bit on the ugly side though. I prefer Tasks now... |
[2013-06-11] A Google User: Good 4 Phones & Smaller Tablets I highly Recommend this App for Smart Phones & the smaller (7" to 8") Tablets. Samsung Galaxy Note i717, Android ICS 4.0.4. Toshiba Excite 7.7, Android JB 4.1.1. |
[2013-06-08] A Google User: Excellent app. Gets better with use. A feature rich, reliable app that sync flawlessly with Toodledo. It offers all the views that I am interested in and more. I have used many other to-do apps and this one is probably the best one for me. I am still discovering many features that I can use after 5 months of using it. Highly recommended! |
[2013-05-20] A Google User: If I could select a color for the Task Good application. It would be very good if I could select different colors for the task characters. |
[2013-05-17] A Google User: My favorite and most used app One of the only apps I've seen that truly lets you own your data. Exports to xml & csv. Automated backups. Syncs with tootoledo. Customized views. Notes seem to be better organized than Evernote. The palm import was a great option for initial migration as well. |
[2013-05-12] A Google User: Excellent Toodledo that you can customize Excellent app with flawless sync with Toodledo. I use the custom views on my home screen to organize my tasks. Great app, hope it gets some updates soon. |
[2013-04-17] A Google User: Nagging reminders didn't work Was hoping to replace Astrid which recently removed Producteev synch and saw that this app had Toodledo synch and a nag feature. Toodledo sync seems to work but unfortunately during testing on the 14-day trial I could not get the nag to work. |
[2013-04-14] A Google User: Overall good, but contexts I was looking for an todo list manager on android equivalent to Appigo Todo on iOS. This one is the closest I have found. One aspect I find lacking is the implementation of contexts. While you can statically include context in a filter for any view, it doesn't make sense to me. I should be able to set my current context globally, and have it apply to all views. Otherwise, seems like a good app. |
[2013-04-04] A Google User: Needs a Pomodoro timer The time recorder is nice, but I really want a Pomodoro-style work timer. |
[2013-04-03] A Google User: So ugly I'm sorry. This app is so ugly I can't bear to use it. I would have bought the pro version if it it had the holo theme. |
[2013-03-31] A Google User: Powerful To-Do App Sync with google task. Ability to store various details but need improvement on UI big time . Clumsy and slow to manipulate and read. Easier to view with Calegoo or Tasks. |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Just great Does everything i need a task list to do. Main reason for my switch from iOS. |
[2013-03-18] A Google User: Great todo for toodledo web app. Great application. I have been using this app as a client for toodledo web app. It works great. Lots of customization you can do to suit your test. But this app is lacking the holo theme of the JB or ICS. It is using different layout. This app would be great if it can support the JB user control or theme. 5 star when it updates the JB theme. |
[2013-03-15] A Google User: Useful, solid app I've tried virtually every app in Play for handling tasks AND syncing with Toodledo. If you use Toodledo and Android, then this is a great app. Very solid. Supports pretty much every feature of Toodledo, but also lets you choose which features you want to use. If there's one thing it lacks is a certain style consistent with good UI design (for Android). It would be nice if one could tweak the widgets and the overall interface more, to make it look consistent with other mods people tend to do (e.g. change font, colours, sizes, margins, etc). |
[2013-03-07] A Google User: Dull UI The best GTD app!!! Sync with toodledo, notes, led notifications, and much more. Just the UI could be better. |
[2013-03-06] A Google User: Best To-Do App for Customization Best To-Do App forCustomization! All other apps are useless simple lists. Great for projects! |
[2013-03-03] A Google User: Great program Reliable, good features, intuitive - much better than the other todo apps I tried |
[2013-03-02] A Google User: Great To Do App. Great, just installed and tried, so many comprehensive function, very detail. Having 14 days trial, but seems that I will buy this before end of trial. Already compared with other applications, this is the best! -update- : and finally the same day, I just bought today! |
[2013-02-28] A Google User: UI too busy-Not for me Gave this a try but it just wasn't for me. Installed and ran fine but I found that the app screens were just too busy. I was using it with Toodledo, and I've gone back to using the mobile site. Worth trying out though. |
[2013-02-16] A Google User: By far the best TODO app - understands start date! By far the best TODO app - understands start date - understands filtering - understands complex sorting - can be set up to match Toodledo (ie filters and sorts) |
[2013-01-21] A Google User: Best Toodledo App! All your Toodledo features plus highly customizable filtered views, Great App! |
[2013-01-09] A Google User: Works great Syncs perfect with Toodledo including Notebook. Thanks! |
[2013-01-02] A Google User: short trial only!!! uninstalled |
[2012-12-28] A Google User: Excellent app |
[2012-12-26] A Google User: Love it Use this app and Toodledo/GTG every day. Works great |
[2012-12-20] A Google User: To do list Nic app |
[2012-12-19] A Google User: Functionality = good; Interface = not good This is a very functional and stable app, I've had no problems with it or with Toodledo synchronization. That said, please update the interface! It's just very unpleasant to look at/work with, and I'm in this app all the time. UI is a big deal. Even the notification icon needs work. Other than that, this really is a good app. Update: no app updates in quite a while, still waiting for the app to adhere to Google's UI standards, Holo UI would be nice... |
[2012-12-18] A Google User: Crap Doesn't say anywhere that its a trial version! Until you download, open and start to use! I'm not gonna take the time to fill out my life and plan just to lose it all in 14 days!! Should really tell people up front!! |
[2012-12-14] A Google User: Best To List Out There I love thus app. I run a contracting business with multiple teams working on multiple projects in multiple areas. My list grow and change quickly. This app gives me the opportunity to stay on top of all of it! |
[2012-12-09] A Google User: so close to perfect would love a popup reminder. otherwise perfect |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Excellent to-do app Highly customizable app with excellent Google calendar integration |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: (almost) perfect! IMHO it could take advantage of JB's expandable notifications(to show the notes of a task or smth. else) and the widget could be even more customizable(open the task that has been tapped or expand/collapse it's sub-tasks). Otherwise, even though Astrid is close, this app is still the best in it's class! |
[2012-11-22] A Google User: It is the "ultimate" Synchs with Toodledo, and with calendar. Provides location reminders. Solid widget. Subtasks. It has everything. And the developers are always improving. Great app. |
[2012-11-20] A Google User: Great; supports everything I need from Toodledo I use a lot of features in Toodledo, namely custom searches, filters on context, folder, start date and tags, and this handles them all effortlessly. Will probably purchase at the end of my 14 days trial (which by the way is a *brilliant* way to handle payments!) |
[2012-10-18] A Google User: Solid, versatile task list This app doesn't do much other than tasks, but it does that very, very well. If you're looking for an excellent way to get organized, you can do far worse than this. |
[2012-10-11] A Google User: Trialware Don't bother with this |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: great application Works great |
[2012-09-17] A Google User: Great on Tablet, Bad on Cell It works perfectly on my Galaxy Tab 10.1". When trying to sync with Google account on my Galaxy S2, it sits spinning forever. Please fix it. (Thanks.) |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: ONE OF TOP THREE! 3rd place goes to Ultimate ToDo, very close 1st and 2nd... but second goes to Check it off and First goes to Checkmark only because of it's hierarchy of subtasks and action inclusion of contacts, email or a map for each task. Ultimate ToDo lacks pleasant interface, home page cluttered with icons and is somewhat confusing (too many options!). Widget a little to simple, however overall it is one of the Top three ToDo List Apps. It does include simple subtask, notes and good filter system, task timer, goals. |
[2012-09-08] A Google User: Good functionality but... Not far off 5* but the interface is pretty poor IMO. The second screen shot used to advertise this in Play labelled "All Tasks" (the one with the black background) bears testament to this. If you have a handset with a large amount of [[oh God I can't believe I'm about to use this terminology but...]] "real estate" then it's ok, well bearable but if you don't it's just too cluttered and overwhelming. There are too many options on display that do not look related or are there by design. I came to this software from GTD methodology "Getting Things Done", so a clean looking, slick interface is most necessary. Just take a look at the screen shots for Things® made for IOS (iphone) to see how it could and should be done, then we'll have a winner because the customisation possibilities here are excellent. (In fact I'd recommend people like me that struggle with self organisation read GTD by David Allen as this software is all too easy to get bogged down by using too many options and have no clear path to make the software work for you- as I did first time around. |
[2012-09-08] A Google User: Best by Far I have used a ton of todo list trackers (ReQall, Wunderlist, etc) and Toodledo + Ultimate Todo List is by far the best system for tracking and synching between my Mac and my Droid X. $5 well spent. |
[2012-09-02] A Google User: Awesome App!!!! This latest update gives even more power for sorting and filtering. No other to-do list app has the power, features & reliability of this app. |
[2012-08-31] A Google User: -Average Reminders don't work |
[2012-08-29] A Google User: Very reliable This app never crashes, it just works. Toodledo support is excellent.UI isn't exactly beautiful, but don't judge it by its looks. |
[2012-08-21] A Google User: Simple and practical Simple, great reminders, new calendar integration. Been using this for 7 months now, couldn't be happier. |
[2012-08-16] A Google User: Not free Unlike most free apps, this one is a free trial for 14 days, and you need a different license for the tablet. No thanks. |
[2012-08-10] A Google User: Nice interface, but didn't know it was a "trial" It would be nice if the title made it clear that this was a trial version. |
[2012-08-03] A Google User: Outstanding!!! After wasting my time on about four other "highly recommended" To Do lists, I found this gem. Even though I have a pretty complex work management scheme running within this app, setting it up was relatively effortless. Being able to backup locally to my SD card is a great relief, as I have had other cloud-synch-only To Do Lists dump all my data. $5.00 is really not much money if it gains you hours per week in efficiency. |
[2012-07-30] A Google User: Great App, not so great UI An excellent app in terms of functionality. Unfortunately, Toodledo doesn't have an official app, but this one seems to do the job and more. I only need a mobile app for one very important reason... reminders! Other great features: - syncs with the Notebook feature - Goals - Create custom views But given that the UI is an incredibly important aspect (almost as important as functionality), I have to give this 4 stars. |
[2012-07-25] A Google User: Ultimate |
[2012-07-17] A Google User: Rocks Good |
[2012-07-14] A Google User: Love this app And I've used a bunch of to-do apps over the years. |
[2012-07-12] A Google User: The best to do list I've tried several. This is the one. Syncs with toodledo and the widget feature is excellent. I would love to see voice recognition. |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Great to do app Tried a few and this gives the functionality that I want and syncs with Toodledo. Has all the features I need and plus great scrollable widget and fast sync. |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Great Wonderful app. Been using for a long time. |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Needs a lite version Like others have said, this app needs a lite version. 14 days isn't enough to sort out all the overwhelming and cluttered functions, and when there is an update, I can't try again to see if things I disliked were fixed. Also, it appears that I have to buy the app twice if I have a tablet, too?? |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Great but sluggish This app is great functionally, but it's slow to do stuff. Everything is a bit sluggish to respond so the experience is brought down considerably. Simple feedback that 'something is happening' would improve this! |
[2012-07-11] A Google User: Fantastic This is the best task list app I have ever used. It has so many nice features. I love it. |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Excellent Well worth the price. Sync with Toodledo. |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Meh, just too much. Only a trial of $5 app. Too many options, too many pages, too many settings, too cluttered. Not too difficult to use, just more than I need in a list app. I don't want to have to hit 5 buttons just to get to a And it's only a trial, actual app ia $5!! Way too steep! |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Great app This is the best scheduling app I've ever found. I'm a heavy user of all its features and it has never let me down. |
[2012-07-10] A Google User: Best of Breed... First things first; if you need a fairly straightforward to do list then this app probably isn't for you. If, on the other hand, you are a gtd/to do list obsessive you're in the right place. It's not the prettiest (but it is attractive in a utilitarian fashion) but it is feature laden & supports more fields than any other ((similar) app that I'm aware of. I have about ten to do list type apps on my device & this one is probably my favourite. |
[2012-07-08] A Google User: gui not wort the money |
[2012-06-28] A Google User: Abe I downloaded and synced with my google account and it made a long notation at the end of each of my task which I had to go over and remove horrible Why edit my tasks why? |
[2012-06-24] A Google User: Best ToodleDo-syncable App I've found for Android. |
[2012-06-12] A Google User: Great update to great app! Loved the app before but now you can integrate with calendar-cool! TIP: DISABLE START DATE IN EACH TASK. OTHERWISE IT DUPLICATES ON CALENDAR. |
[2012-06-11] A Google User: Excellent Gives me no trouble. Works well with DROID RAZR |
[2012-06-09] A Google User: So worth the $5 They have added everything I asked the customer support for. Very responsive customer service and thus a very powerful list app. |
[2012-06-09] A Google User: Just ok Wish I were able to do subtasks |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: Brilliant Never lets me down. Nags like my wife. Plays nicely with Toodledo. |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: Good |
[2012-06-07] A Google User: Great app! Now with calendar integration Been using this app.for a while. I have Brittany other apps on android and iPhone and this is great. Very customizable and easy to use. The new calendar integration is awesome and takes this to a whole new level. |
[2012-06-06] A Google User: Not what i wanted to see "Your trial ends in 14 days. Tap to buy" - bye bye app. why even brother trying... There are others on the market |
[2012-06-06] A Google User: Excellent on Galaxy Note Use it every day, always reliable and syncs fantastic with website Toodledo Highly recommend |
[2012-06-02] A Google User: Not bad but lacking No ability to go from folder to folder, side swipe would work, cannot manually order tasks, cannot share lists, and no widgets??? |
[2012-05-25] A Google User: Functional Basic features are ok. |
[2012-05-16] A Google User: Very Powerful, Runs on PC under BlueStacks, too! LATEST: Tablet version of app works GREAT on PC running under BlueStacks (free in BETA) and syncs thru Toodledo to Phone app. Must get Tablet app from Amazon as PLAY market thinks BS is "phone" and won't allow tablet app download ("incompatible device") whereas Amazon AppStore does not care. Sorting, Filtering, Tasks with Subtasks, Saved Views are VERY powerful options that allow you to focus on just what you have to do now and not get distracted by all the other tasks floating around, undone or yet to do. All the functions jive with ToodleDo and everything I've synced shows up just as I expect in ToodleDo. Just like ToodleDo, you can use UTL in a very simple way or if you have to deal with complicated stuff, are juggling lots of different projects and tasks, all the power is there to sort things out. |
[2012-05-15] A Google User: Horrible user interface What an awful app. Grim to look at and such a confusing badly designed UI I'd prefer to stick to text files in dropbox than put up with this. Hire a ux person and a designer! |
[2012-05-13] A Google User: Unreliable due to odd licence key validation I've been asked out of the blue for checking my licence key after maybe one month. To do that, an internet connection is needed. This makes this app totally unreliable. What if I need my data when no web is available and the app decides that I have no valid licence? |
[2012-05-05] A Google User: The best I love this app. I keep looking for alternatives as the UI is a little bland but I keep coming back. Best features: (1) can hide the fields not used in Toodledo, (2) widget is so customizable, (3) sync with Toodledo is flawless, and (4) nagging reminders. Excellent! |
[2012-05-02] A Google User: Does so much more than other to do lists! I've been using this app for about a year. It does everything I need it to do, which is a lot. 5 stars when it has hourly repeating and notifications that reset after a shot down or reboot. |
[2012-04-27] A Google User: customizablility! syncs with google tasks! Great task app. Three requests: 1) Custom-order tasks by drag and drop. 2) Need ability to call phone numbers from the task list! This is a must- have! 3) Need ability to auto-predict names from contact list when entering task. Otherwise, great app, best I've found yet! |
[2012-04-27] A Google User: Robust Does about everything I can think of for ToDo list manager. Very nice! And I've tried a lot of them. |
[2012-04-24] A Google User: Synch failures Unable to sync reliably |
[2012-04-23] A Google User: It is only a tryel |
[2012-04-19] A Google User: Trial Period deal killer. I'm the type of person who will settle only on the best. Your trial period didn't give me a chance to fully compare with the 9 other personal task managers this app is up against on my phone. You need a lite version. You're losing sales and getting bad reviews. |
[2012-04-15] A Google User: Nice app Love it! Helps me get my crap done! |
[2012-04-10] A Google User: Good program ....but needs Needs ability to add multiple task at once. |
[2012-04-10] A Google User: trial offer expires in 14 day then cost 5.00 should just download the paid version |
[2012-04-04] A Google User: Trial Only a 14 trial |
[2012-04-02] A Google User: Incredible Extremely useful and incredibly customizable. Highly flexible views and sorting, multiple widget options, and very tight integration with Toodledo make this a must-have app. Really does keep me on track. |
[2012-04-01] A Google User: Better than others. Lots of options. Good widgets. Syncs with google tasks. |
[2012-03-30] A Google User: Great functionality Love it, love it, love it. Thank you so much. This is just fantastic. This works so well. I have no issues either with the UI. |
[2012-03-24] A Google User: Fabulous. Can be as complex or simple as u want it to. I rarely pay for apps, but don't regret purchasing the license for this one! |
[2012-03-23] A Google User: Love it Just upgraded from the trial version. This app is the best todo I have used. Most importantly because in integrates with Android agenda widget, the best widget ever. |
[2012-03-16] A Google User: Great app. Will give it five stars when it allows attaching pictures, files, and audio. Great that my calendar widget incorporates this. |
[2012-03-16] A Google User: A must have |
[2012-03-14] A Google User: Only a trial Says trial will expire in 14 days |
[2012-03-11] A Google User: Just what I needed I needed something to go with Toodledo, with a great widget. Here it is! The only todo app I've stuck with. I bought the premium version, too. |
