Touch Calendar Free (v. 1.0.26 FRE) Разработано Oliver Lan |
See your whole calendar at a glance. No more flipping between different calendar views. Touch Calendar does it all from one zoomable and scrollable view.
Rated 95% by reghardware.com ( http://goo.gl/vlIa5 ) and 9/10 by WIRED ( http://goo.gl/lLPoa ).
Touch Calendar works with Google Calendar and any other calendars your phone supports, and the app features calendar search and custom repeating events (e.g. biweekly, bimonthly).
For home screen widgets or to support the developer, please purchase the full version of Touch Calendar.
Touch Calendar is easy to use:
- double-tap or pinch-zoom to zoom in
- tap an event to see its details, then press MENU to edit or delete it
- tap-and-hold on a date to add a new event
- touch to scroll as much as you want, both forwards and backwards
- jump to today, or to any date from the menu
- calendar search by pressing your phone’s search button or from the menu
- set the font size and default zoom level from the Settings
- home screen widgets (buy the full version)
Zoom and scroll your calendar with complete freedom!
Note: Text colour for events comes from the calendar colour. Set up different calendar colours in Google Calendar and they'll appear in Touch Calendar automatically.
Permissions: read and write calendar are required of course, and also read contacts so guests can be invited to events.

[2012-10-13] Tara: I really like this app It's so perfect, syncs with google calendar (although I recently had to play with this setting because it didn't sync automatically with new calendar entries on google), it sends popup reminders, and it just looks and functions great! |
[2012-10-12] wendy: Love this app! Best I have seen! i live by this great app! all of a sudden, though, my entries on my phone are not syncing w/ my gmail calendar! i wish someone could tell if I need to change a setting. |
[2012-10-12] Penny: Improvement needed with repeat function This is the third calendar app I've downloaded and have the same issue with the repeat function. It won't let you repeat week, e.g. every four weeks. |
[2012-10-11] Paysh: Good Useful app. Helps keep organized and very user friendly |
[2012-10-10] joseph: loved the sleak ~90k initial 5* versions. now becoming bloated too much. uninstalled! |

[2012-10-09] Darrick: Very handy. |
[2012-10-01] Pino: No week view.. |
[2012-09-28] Tony: Fortnighly function doesn't work When I set the fortnightly event the calendar displays the event on every day instead of every two weeks. Had high hopes for this one as it appears to be the only one that did fortnightly events. |
[2012-09-25] Michael: Great Love it |
[2012-09-25] Julie: HTC incredible 2 Love it keeps me visually organized way better than factory app |
[2012-09-25] Diana: Won't let me add It will not allow me to add events. I can add them in the one on my phone, which I don't like & this one will sync but can't add directly. Verizon Razr. Why not??? It worked wonderfully on my other phone. |
[2012-09-24] Caroline: Good Only needed simple calender, this seems ideal so far, but I can't seem to edit an event, just might be something I'm nit doing right, happy with this. |
[2012-09-23] Thomas: great simple design I love this app much more than the calendar that came on my phone |
[2012-09-16] moe6: Glad for free version, looks good but no butter I'll try again in the future, app is good but I can't not have my Jelly Bean butter in my frequently used apps :( |
[2012-09-13] Misao: Most useful thing in my phone! Thanks for the awesome app. Has saved my life, & many people have commented on how cool it is. Of course they went & looked it up in Google Play. |
[2012-09-11] Missy, Mimi: Great calendar that syncs with my Google calendar |
[2012-09-10] Tyson: Almost perfect! In an older version, I used to be able to simply type in the hour and minutes for an event, but now I have to scroll to each number. It takes a lot longer. Everything else is wonderful, though. |
[2012-09-09] Olive: Just kps crashing Im looking for a simple calendar that i can rely on this is perfectly simple but just kps crashing evry time u try an save your entry! Very frustrating! Onward with my seatch eh! |
[2012-09-08] Katherine: Brilliant calendar app! Absolutely love this app. It was recommended to me, and I'm glad I went with the advice and downloaded it. Looks great, adjustable default notifications, colours easy on the eyes, and it does everything I need and more. Thank you for (IMHO) the best calendar app (and I've tried several). Very, very pleased. Will update to the Pro version. Worth every penny! |
[2012-09-07] Curt: Finally...a calendar that has flexible repeating event options! |
[2012-09-06] aigh: Cool! It makes it easy to pinch zoom and view a week or a day. Doesn't support tasks though :( Try "Jorte Calendar" for that feature... |
[2012-09-05] YO: Great I love this easy to use calendar. I can see my husband and school calendar in one! |
[2012-09-04] dj: Good but could be cleaner. Major flaw: If u have several events in 1 day, all r not visible in month view at a normal zoom level. I now use calendar pad pro instead. TC needs a much better UI to compete. |
[2012-09-03] Michal: Not good Doesn't support Google tasks. Only month view. , no week view and agenda view. No copy, duplicate operarion or templates |
[2012-09-03] Anita: This is what I've been looking for!!! Thanks so much easy easy can see everything at a glance yes!!!!! |
[2012-08-29] Diego: Great calendar Great calendar it lets u select the exact weeks to be reminder better them the pre installed calendar on the HTC EVO 4 g |
[2012-08-27] Paul: Widget Man, I would give you for five stars because my Google nexus 7 doesn't show this widget. By the way, everything looks fascinated! |
[2012-08-26] Rolando Rangel: Crashed the first time so I uninstalled it Samsung S3. I installed the app, used it for a while and then crashed. It doesn't work. |
[2012-08-26] Melissa: Great App Does exactly what I need it to do, and I like the viewing format how it looks exactly like a calendar |
[2012-08-25] tmills: Me I have so many events I cannot see them all and there is no scrolling thru them or single day view. Please add them? |
[2012-08-22] Steve: Great Calendar Great calendar easy to use. What's the difference between the paid version? |
[2012-08-22] Tim: Nice App Nice App except that Google prevents you from buying it. |
[2012-08-16] the 8/20/2012 Great calendar Very simple...all the features I wanted and a great widget |
[2012-08-14] M: Yup Great |
[2012-08-12] Kylie: The perfect calendar This is exactly what I was looking for! I can now set fortnight events and it syncs with the calendar on my phone, thank you :-D |
[2012-08-11] Monique: Great Calendar! I just downloaded it and I already like more than the default calendar that came w/ my Galaxy S2. It's an quick touch & edit format and you can easily scroll from one month to the next; I/O jumping through hoops to change months on the default calendar. |
[2012-08-08] Henry: Excellent |
[2012-08-07] Destini: Busy mom This app if wonderful. It's easy to use and the full calendar view is outstanding!!! I love the text message reminders...most helpful! Thank you! |
[2012-08-06] Matt: Perfect Great calender app with big weekly events !! |
[2012-08-04] Lee: Caused problems on my android The app all in all is very comfortable and easy to use, but once i installed it my droid freaked out, screen would lock or act like key was 'stuck' and other funny business. Once i removed it cell is back to be good as new. |
[2012-08-03] Steven: Froze my DROID2 Sorry. It choked my phone before I could explore the features. |
[2012-08-02] kaushik: Rubbish Doesn't sync with google calendar. Could not import any event from my google calendar. But this could probably be because of ICS's inability to sync with google calendar. |
[2012-08-01] Lauren: Galaxy Nexus Jellybean 7/30 - suddenly stopped working today, gave blank calendar even after battery pull. Had to uninstall & reinstall. |
[2012-07-31] Edgar: RAZR MAXX I recently had to do a hard reboot on my RAZR MAXX after upgrading to version 4.0.4. Some of my calendar information and appointments were lost. But not everything. Opening the app on my XOOM also shows lost data. Any ideas? |
[2012-07-28] Regina: Nice calendar I need one for biweekly |
[2012-07-27] Bob: More general than most calendar apps - and no ads MOTOROLA DROIDX. Other than users who are having problems with a specific model phone, I don't understand the negative comments. I tried most of the Android calendars. Personally, I don't want my information available to Google. Touch Calendar Free is an ' easy to use' combination of widget and app that builds on the Android calendar. Using Touch Calendar and 'MyPhoneExplorer' I control ALL my info between my phone and my personal computer just as I did with my Palm Pilot and then my Blackberry --- no cloud. The comment that 'it doesn't search' isn't true. Check the app's settings for searching. It searches forward and then backward as far and you set the app's settings. I'm deleting all other calendars and upgrading to the paid version. And, no, I have no relationship with the developer. I just like his products. |
[2012-07-24] Beth: Wish offered Widget on Free version Exactly what I was looking for...except not. Really only looking for the widget. Really wish the free version had at least a few and showed Google task calendar as well! |
[2012-07-22] Kenya: Toilet Paper App If this app was a piece of toilet paper. I would wipe my azz with it for sure! Piece of shet force closes every time i press the Save button. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. IT TRASH. SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 |
[2012-07-20] Matt: Pretty good Add hook to open app when accepting a Google invite in an email. |
[2012-07-20] kdistin: Rubbish Recurring event on last Monday of the month is shown as occurring on 30th of every month. |
[2012-07-13] Rambo: Pretty cool |
[2012-07-12] Roni: Love this app Very versatile. Plus is that you can schedule events on specific days |
[2012-07-12] Paul: Good but scrolling sucks It's pretty good but the stutter when scrolling it's really annoying on my SGS3 |
[2012-07-12] Doug: Great Just what I needed! |
[2012-07-12] Tim Online: Ugly. No widget |
[2012-07-11] Veronika: Love it Love it. Easy to use and does it all |
[2012-07-11] Chaz: Good app, novel zoom concept instead of multi-view Capable of showing a decent period of time (month view) with a decent level off detail (you can actually see your tasks), which is already a plus over the native calendar/HTC calendar stuff. Pinch to zoom in instead of multiple views for week, day etc. which is quite novel. Multi-day events are sadly shown as a set of one-day events. No widgets in the free version, but the paid ones look pretty good - there seems to be a nice space efficient 2x4 multi-day summary. I slightly prefer aCalendar (by Tapir Apps). |
[2012-07-11] T: Love it! Works great on my Motorola RAZR |
[2012-07-10] Rae: Great Calendar App! Very fluid, easy to use. Best calendar app I've found. |
[2012-07-10] B: Good. Exactly what i was looking for in a calendar app. Only issue is occaissional crashing when editing a repeating event. Hope that's corrected when i purchase full version! |
[2012-07-10] Hester: Touch calendar free LOVE IT |
[2012-07-07] Steve: Steve Free, simple, no more indiscript blobs of color. |
[2012-07-06] Tim: What I was looking for Does what I needed it to. |
[2012-07-01] manuel: more of a gadget than actually useful Really missing a lot of features and settings, and the main attraction of the calendar, namely the zooming is terribly implemented. As they say it's as easy as browsing google maps, well the idea has actually no appeal in a calendar interface, a complete miss... If that doesn't bother you though, the app has no ads and the zooming is responsive. |
[2012-06-30] samm: Finally! Great calendar. I didn't like the default android 4 calendar and this one does exactly what i expected . Paid version gives a widget and i love it. Good job Dev! |
[2012-06-29] Ming Ern: Repeat event with user defined end date Interesting take on the calendar view. This has what I need. Repeat event with a user defined end date. I cannot understand why Android can't have this feature. Google, are you listening???! The iPhone has it, Nokia has it since 2005 or earlier. It's a joke that the latest and best iteration ICS can't do something so simple. Thank you very much to the developer of this app. And to echo one of those who posted earlier, could we have a nicer looking icon?? |
[2012-06-27] jennifer: Best one Love that you can see what you have planned on the home screen! |
[2012-06-21] Chris: Dumb... The farthest I can zoom out in landscape mode only lets me see two weeks, not the whole calendar. So if you like landscape... forget it. Stupid. Oh and no widget? Get a real job. |
[2012-06-21] latovia: Mercury Beat monthly app ever I love the zoom feature this is the first app I know that does this this is awesome. Also to add all you do is long press on the. Day and it actually goes to the day. Not like other apps |
[2012-06-20] Lindsay: What a pain Not user friendly at all. Causes sync problems. Avoid at all costs. |
[2012-06-19] Jordan: I like it! |
[2012-06-19] Kelee: Crap Erased every entry I had....didn't even have it installed over 3 weeks. Thanks for nothing. |
[2012-06-19] Mike: Recurring entry prob Has been v.good but now crashes with latest version with recurring calender entries despite saying fixed. Ics 4.03 |
[2012-06-18] Annie: Ms keady Very good |
[2012-06-15] Darin: Best calendar app yet! The only thing I dont like is the Icon used for the app.. Everything else is perfect. I hate not being able to see everything at once on the Google Calendar Android app and this app solves that problem.. |
[2012-06-11] Rain: Maybe the paid version works better It says "touch calendar" but did not deliver as such. You have to long press to get to the entries on a date. Uninstall. |
[2012-06-09] the 6/10/2012 Rushi best |
[2012-06-08] Stuart: It just works. Downloaded free version but was so good I upgraded to the paid version straight away. Tried loads of shift calendars as I work 4 on 4 off shifts, this was either not recognised or next to impossible to set up. With this callendar I can enter details as normal, but it shows the activity simply and clearly instantly on the main screen. Also if you upgrade you can set the ammount of days you want to repeat between entries naming you only have to enter the info once. First class. Also it works fully with ics. |
[2012-06-07] Melvin: Disappointed 1) I thought my prayers were answered when I saw the option to determine how far back (or forward) the calendar can search in time. Turns out I only see results of recurring events like bdays, which makes the Search useless. 2) what's the point of being able to locate an appt and yet be unable to go to it when I tap on the Search result?! 3) I wish there was an Agenda view. 4) Zooming in and out is not as smooth as I had hoped. |
[2012-06-06] pet: Wish it had an option to stay local only instead of sync with my gmail... :( © |
[2012-06-06] Chuck: Good good app. Love it. Thanks. |
[2012-06-05] Marilyn: Touch calendar Cool |
[2012-06-05] Kyle: Recent Issues Latest update has fixed the 4.0 bug for recurring events. It's a great calendar with a neat, practical layout and syncs flawlessy with my other calendars. |
[2012-06-04] Dawna: Love this app I love the flexibility of recurring events |
[2012-06-04] the 6/4/2012 : Needs bars for multiple day events Love that you can scroll month view by a week at a time but needs option to display multiple day events as bars, not blocks... |
[2012-05-31] Tommy: No home timzone No home time zone makes it unuseable for me. |
[2012-05-28] Britte: Works great Definitely the best calendar I've used so far |
[2012-05-24] Jacob: almost perfect. just needs touch feature on widget This app is NEARLY flawless. The one thing I GREATLY wish the developer would do is to allow the widget to be touch functional, i.e., allow a user to scroll through the calendar in the widget, to see the details of each event by clicking on a date in the widget with a small popup that appears which keeps you in the homescreen but doesn't take you into the actual app, etc. etc. Such features would seem to make PERFECT sense since this app is called "Touch" Calendar after all. You that that sir, and I guarantee that your app will be the best calendar app out there! Please do so quick so that I can hurry up and buy the real app! |
[2011-05-31] Karen : Why does download take so long/ |
[2011-05-30] Stuart: Free calendar...... Now changed to pay...... |
[2011-05-30] gemma: Was great until it made me update and all my shizz dissapeared! WTFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU????? |
