DialZone, is the all-in-one tool for your contact’s local time, worldwide timezones and area codes (U.S & Canada). The call log presents you with the location from where the number originates and the caller's local time. Now, you know exactly where this number is from with a simple look into the call log. Do you have another U.S. or Canadian number for which you want to check where it is from? Simply use the Area Code Finder Tool to find out.

With DialZone, you’ll also know the local time for all your phone contacts, no matter where in the world they live! Check time zones by country, see them on a map, quickly access calling and ISO Alpha-2 codes and more.

You want to call your friend or a business associate but they’re thousands of miles away. If you call now, will you wake that person up, or interrupt an important meeting? Unless you know that friend or associate’s local time, it’s hard to say whether or not your call will be welcome at this time.

DialZone displays not only your contact’s local time and serves as your guide for U.S. and Canadian area codes but also displays all time zones around the world. If you have more sophisticated questions about local times around the world then the Time Machine Tool will answer them to you. The Time Machine Tool does not just allow you to display the current time anywhere in the world but also allows you to enter a specific time in one location and see what time it would be in a second location. Let's say if it is 5:30pm in New York, then what time is it in Sydney?

Yes, it’s really as easy as that. No looking up times, no calculating. Use the Time Machine Tool or look at any phone number and it’s right there.

That’s not all you get in DialZone, either. You also have access to any country’s international calling code, as well as its ISO Alpha-2 code, which in most cases serves as the top level domain suffix (i.e. AU for Australia). That way, if you have to call Australia, you’ll know to dial +61 before the phone number. Merely search in the ‘Countries’ tab main screen to find the country you’re looking for.

Everything is automatic; all the information is there for you instantly. All you have to do is dial the phone number.

Removing past events from the calendar is a tedious job – click on the event, click setting, pick delete, then confirm. This application will clean all past events from your calendar with a single click.

Here is how it all works. First you choose from the drop down the calendar you want to clean. Then you pick number of days in the past that you want to preserve. Click the Prune button and you are done. You can repeat this process for as many calendars you have write access to.

But didn't I say a single click? Actually, if you have just one calendar and you want every past event removed you do need a single click only – the Prune button. If you have a single calendar but you want to preserve a couple of days of past events you will have to click a few times, but just the first time you run the application. On the next run the application remembers the settings and you will need a single click only – the Prune button.

This application reads your calendar and removes entries from your calendar, which is considered write to the calendar. It does NOT create entries in the calendar and does NOT send mail. The explanation for the WRITE_CALENDAR permission includes sending mail for some reason. There is no “send email” permission in the API at all, so there is nothing I can do about that.

A list of our contacts ordered by the last inserted first.
Android doesn't store the date of insertion and if we add some contacts when we have  more than 100 sometimes is hard to find the last inserted ones.
