TodoToday is a to-do list application to show current due and overdue tasks from the online task management tool Hiveminder
TodoToday for Hiveminder is Ad supported. An Ad Free/Donation Supported version "TodoToday Pro for Hiveminder" is also available with additional support for editing tasks.
TodoToday is intended to be a minimalist task manager focused on getting things done by showing tasks that are due and allowing for basic task entry to capture new tasks.
For adding new tasks TodoToday supports the Hiveminder Braindump syntax to include key task fields in the task entry text. e.g. "Call John [group: Personal] [phone] ++".

[2012-03-03] A Google User: Good But... [update] Totally Awesome UPDATE: I had a few issues with the functionality of the app but I shot the creator an email about them and had two updates before the weekend was out that not only fixed the bugs I had spotted but made the app much more snappy. A great addition to any Hiveminder's productivity system. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I intended to use the app as my early morning "what do I have to do today" list because it more convenient than breaking out the laptop, booting, and going to the web page (I'm all about reducing friction). Disappointingly the app failed to filter out the undated tasks despite being set to fetch 'Due and overdue tasks only'. Im eagerly awaiting an update because then the app would be invaluable for coordinating my day and in making my daily business phone calls (by putting the number you need to call in the task's notes section, all you have to do is tap it in the app and away you go). |

[2011-07-11] jverb: Doesn't seem to work on Samsung Galaxy tablet I get an authentication error each time I try to go through the setup for this app; the error is "Connection problem fetching tasks from Hiveminder.com" HTTP/1.1 403 forbidden. Any chance of a resolution for this? |

[2011-03-24] A Google User: Somewhat Usable Usable app, and it's free. Pros: Shows tasks as advertised hides hidden tasks can toggle whether to show priority or not (since I don't use that feature). Cons: Does not hide tasks that depend on another incomplete task (one of the reasons I'm using Hiveminder) Cannot mark task as completed Other wish list features: A prettier login (the Hiveminder site did not render correctly on my Nexus S) Being able to add tasks (but I believe that gets very complicated) |

[2011-02-28] A Google User: shows "hidden forever" tasks ...of which I have a bunch, polluting my task list and making the app basically unusable for me and anyone else who uses that feature. Also can't obviously default to a saved search, which probably only matters to me, but means that I can't easily filter my work tasks out. |
