Keep track of running apps from your home-screen.
Quickly switch between apps, or if needs be, kill them.
Tap on an apps icon in the app bar to launch it.
Switch to "kill" mode by tapping on the power button.
Tap on free space to update manually.
Feedback appreciated.
Tested on HTC hero. 2.1 Should now work.
