You miss the synchronization of tasks / todos from your Microsoft® Exchange 2007 / 2010 account with your phone? Then TaskSync is the answer.

TaskSync does NOT work with Exchange 2003, Outlook without Exchange, Hotmail or Zimbra. TaskSync does not work with ActiveSync but NEEDS Exchange Webservice, so please check the prerequisites before giving a bad rating.

Kerio is not yet supported, I'm working on it. The same applies to recurring tasks.

Please install our free TaskSync JellyBean Workaround app after installing TaskSync which prevents the account removal bug.

Almost perfect For years dreaming for Exchange Task synchronization in android, and tried almost every other alternative, I say TaskSync is almost perfect. Snoozing reminders further in the future, the 2 hours max limit is way too low, i keep resorting to having to snooze on the PC would make it polished and give this app a solid 5. Keep up your great work.

Flawless syncing through exchange server. I have Touchdown and sync'd tasks through that program, buut hated the UI. I have replaced that with this program. For better user interface, very stable, great task app. Syncs with my outlook through OWA...very fast syncing and customizable.

long time user - reluctantly switching to Tasks I have used TaskSync for Exchange for 1.5 years. I had a problem with an update that caused me to lose data that had not synched. But most recently, my TS just stopped working. I contacted the developer, he responded quickly, but when I followed his advice and reinstalled it, the Exchange login just didn't work. The developer stopped responding to my requests for help. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer and just switched to Tasks for Microsoft Exchange. The set up was fast and it works. I just switched. I'd recommend it.

Finally App for enterprise users I'm not much wrong if I say that this is the only App that can sync your tasks with your MS Exchange 2010 via network (local or public). What I miss is a JB widget and to see attachments in my tasks. Until then I rate it with four stars.

Great app This app is exactly what I needed for managing my tasks in the spirit of GTD. Sync's perfectly with our company windows exchange server. The support I received was prompt and got me over a problem with my company's SSL setting. I can't say enough good about it.

Task sync falsely blamed for account locking When I first download this app I began getting locked out of my Exchange account. It turns out this was being caused by an old MacBook. I blamed this app because, as a side effect of using EWS, this app was the first to be affected by the lockout. This is actually a pretty good app and tech support was helpful and polite and gave me a refund. So I bought the app again.

Good Application GREAT support... Overall this is a good application for syncing tasks from Exchange to your Android phone. I've been able to get this application to work with both an on premise Exchange 2010 server as well as with Office 365. I have had some issues with the settings getting wiped out and most recently with some sync errors on my phone (Galaxy Nexus GSM running Jellybean). What makes this application great is the support. When I have had these errors the support team has been very helpful and friendly at helping to resolve the issues. Thank you Florian! I also have this application working with my Galaxy Nexus 7 tablet as well.

Finally, great mobile task management for Exchange Got tired of waiting for Google to add Exchange task management to Android and found TaskSync. I love it so far! Note: I am running Android 4.1 and it is working for me. I just had to go into Settings, tap on the "Exchange" account and enable sync.

Great companion to Pure Calendar widgets! Does what it's supposed to. I wish it could use push as opposed to syncing every so often. Not sure if that's even possible for Exchange tasks though.

Just the job for GTD The by-categories view is great with the Outlook setup recommended for Getting Things Done. Don't miss the homescreen shortcuts to the different views. You'll need a shortcut to start in by category. Update: minor problem moving from an HTC Wildfire to a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2. After working for a day, TaskSync stopped connecting to the server. Turning off gzip fixed it.

Does what it says Works perfectly provided your work's exchange server has exchange web services installed (double-check before buying!). Reminders work great. Needs a scrollable ICS widget for 5 stars though (only has shortcuts).

Must have for a complete PDA and PIM Outlook is a "Personal Information Manager" which does e-mail, manage contacts, calendaring, and tasks and it integrates well with Windows Mobile. Since Android came out, it is missing a task/to-do application which did not completely feel like a complete PDA for me, but it does e-mail, calendaring, and contacts, but that's about it. So I went out looking for task synchronization. First, I've discovered Taskos. I've installed it to see what it's like. I went into settings to see if I can setup Taskos to use Exchange sync only to find out that Taskos integrates with my Google account through Home, Settings, Accounts and Sync. Since Taskos is not what I want, I went ahead and purchase TaskSync for Exchange. It does not integrate with Android as far as getting Hosted Exchange account info, so I had to enter it manually. With that done and synched, I can add, remove, and edit tasks both through Outlook and TaskSync and it worked very well for me. With Android 4.0's e-mail client supporting folder hierarchy and multitouch and TaskSync for Exchange, Is TaskSync worth the price for ICS for saving $16 over getting TouchDown? Yes it is for me. With that said, I'm giving it 5 stars.

Great Tool The biggest loss moving to Android from Windows Mobile was the lack of great Exchange Synching. Email is not as seamless with delays on folder updates and the need of an extra app for Tasks. This is the best one I tried and I have stuck with it. It failed to run the first time, saying it was unlicensed but a reboot of the phone fixed that and it has worked flawlessly since then.

Great design, but missing 'snooze' for reminders I think it's a great product, excellent design, very easy to setup. For me it was the same settings as my 'exchange activesync' in the android (but yes we use https so that's probably why i had no issues). The drawback (and for e a major one) is that there is no easy way to delay/snooze reminders (like in outlook, where you select anything from 5 mins to 2 weeks from a drop down). I heavily rely on reminders that i set myself, as i don't want to have to keep checking my tasks list to see what i have to do at what time. As it currently works, the reminder does work, it's a very nice, non obstrusive notification in the top corner status bar. The problem is once you click on the notification, you can't do anything else besides exit the reminder. Once you exit the reminder, the reminder is now switched off and you need to go back into the TaskSync app, into the individual task and setup the reminder (again) for a future date. This to me is counter intuitive, and feels out of character with the rest of the app which is very well designed and intuitive. Not sure if this is the place - but if the developers read this, but can we please this as an 'enhancement request'. Thanks

Outstanding value I'd searched for an App to sync tasks through Outlook Exchange online (365) and this is IT ! What you need to do after connecting it is copy existing tasks to the Web portal for exchange, then all your existing tasks show up on all devices and in Outlook. New tasks show right up. What a fantastic App. Motorola Atrix 2.

Outstanding Very impressive. After having considerable issues setting up and using other apps that are supposed to sync with Exchange I was dubious as to this apps claims and hesitated to purchase it. However, I was extremely impressed how easy it was to configure and delighted the developers had taken the time and trouble to include on their website how Microsoft 365 users should configure the app. It took less than a minute to setup. Very pleased user.

Almost..... Task content should be displayed as html. Not as text! Adding a bullet or such from outlook to a tasks content, and tasksync will display the html source instead of the note.

Great application. Exactly what I wanted. I love this app because it does exactly what I needed, allowing me to seamlessly manage my Microsoft Exchange-based task list using my Android. TaskSync is able to work perfectly with Office365, which is my hosted Exchange provider. The initial configuration was a breeze using the helpful information on the developer's website. This app FAR exceeded my expectations and it is clear the developer put a lot of work into it and paid attention to every detail.

OK but doesn't do everything it says it does I paid a little extra for this app instead of Tasks for Microsoft® Exchange because this one said it can manage flagged emails as well. This feature does not work for me. Whenever I check the box in settings to be able to see and compete flagged emails, the app locks up and won't update flagged emails or tasks. I've sent the error messages to the developer, but the problem persists.

Application compatibility 11/21 - Market flagging as 'incompatible' fixed. This application is flagged as 'incompatible with your Nook Color' even though I've downloaded it and it works just fine. I hope the developer can work with Google to have this incorrect warning removed so others can enjoy this A+ application.

Solid App - Outstanding developer! The app does exactly what it says it does and it does it well. Ran into a small sync issue and the developer responded quickly and corrected the situation. The only thing this app lacks is a widget and I have suggested they look at the Taskos widget for ideas. I will be recommending this app to others that need to access their Exchange Tasks on their Droids.

Great Upgrade! I just upgraded to the latest version (had a few issues with the first upgrade.. but the developer was very helpful and got out a fix very quickly) The latest version is a huge update. it now will show flagged emails in your tasks list. just like outlook! This is huge since I flag emails to follow-up on alot. it basically runs my whole day. now, I can do this on my Android device in the field.
