Task XP (v. 1.3535) Разработано PhilipK |
Ever wanted to get XP for taking out the trash? With Task XP you can!
Task XP integrates with your Todo list, and awards you XP points for tasks you complete. You level up, and unlock Achievements, ranging from Double Rainbow to Gladiator.
As you go you earn Skill points and spend them on skills, that will help you progress faster. And activate powers that help you complete your tasks faster.
Be motivated to actually do your tasks, and be rewarded when you do.
Task XP uses OpenFeint, so you can compare your progress with your friends, see Achievements online and see online Leaderboards.
Have an idea for an achievement or new feature? Send me an e-mail, i will get right to it. Found a bug? send me an e-mail and it will soon be fixed.

Known Issues:
Astrid does now show Task Xp as an installed plugin, this is because Astrid currently only show a static list of their own plugin, and do not handle other plugins requests to be handled. Everything will still work.
The first time Astrid is started after spending a skillpoint or resetting skillpoints, Astrid is busy regathering exstra information about tasks (such as xp worth, notes and tags). Because of this completing tasks in this time period will not be handled until Astrid is done.
I am not affiliated with Epic Win for iPhone.

This app depends on Astrid and GTasks, so support them if you like this app.

Internet permissions are for OpenFeint.

[2011-05-15] Brandon: Awesome. Perfect for us ADHD folks. Seems to level up very slowly around level 10. Motivation is fading. |

[2011-05-12] Ashley: Never worked. Uninstall. Huge app too. Motoblur |

[2011-04-29] MC: Would be nice if the icons wearnt so big. Perhaps a lite version or full size icons as an adding? |

[2011-04-23] Timothy Chen Allen: No longer waiting for Epic Win: TaskXP Rocks! I was looking for an Android version of the Epic Win Task app, and found TaskXP. This thing is perfect. It has a slick user interface that I like, and having that little window pop up after I complete a task and tell me I just made 50XP... 100XP... 250XP!!! makes doing tasks fun. I've already gotten some of the most recalcitrant tasks completed! Thanks, TaskXP! |

[2011-04-19] Mark: awesome dev The developer is awesome and very responsive to all emails [and a redditor to boot]! He freaking added GTasks support for me! I really like the concept of this app and I have the highest hopes for it developing into a very robust 'game' once the task managers it depends on get fixed and allow for better integration with Google Tasks. The anti-lazy side of me wishes the -25xp do nothing for a day achievement was repetitive. |

[2011-04-19] Erin: Awesome! I really like this app as it really helps go make daily chores a little more fun. I like the variety in possible achievements, so I don't necessarily have to do everything on my todo list to be able to get a new achievement! This is great for those tasks where you don't necessarily feel as though you have accomplished anything as there was no physical results (i.e. homework). Great Idea! :) |

[2011-04-11] Michiel: Wouldn't mind less frequent updates... imo there's no need to do an update for each bug fix. |
|
[2011-03-21] Joshua: Amazing fun! I recommend installing Astrid first if you don't have it already or some problems occur. Such a motivator! |
|
[2011-03-10] Brian: Great concept for the app, dev is very responsive & friendly, app is working well on my xoom |
|
[2011-03-09] natureadrift: Thanks dev |

[2011-03-08] Rowena: Brilliant motivator and well worth downloading This app has been hugely effective in encouraging me to complete my tasks. My house has never been tidier! What is also great is the developer responds promptly. I emailed him as there were a couple of bugs - within in a couple of hours an update was available fixing the bugs, and he also emailed my a reply to let me know that he was working on the problem, and when it was fixed. Download this app! You wont regret it. |

[2011-03-08] Johannes: Awesome app that makes completing tasks fun. Really nice dev who replies to mails within hours. |
|
[2011-03-02] LeROux: Just love the app, in no way necessary but tons of lols to be had. |
|
[2011-02-28] camperdave: Awesome app Not only do I like supporting fellow small developers, but this app encourages me to actually put my assignments into astrid so I have a chance of remembering to do them. Any estimated times to release of the other skill trees? (I understand the life of a single dev, so no big deal if not) |
|
[2011-02-28] Jeff: Motivates me to finish up things that need my attention, will be interesting to see where this app goes |
|
[2011-02-27] givequicheachance: Just got 25 xp for reviewing this app! I love it! Ties in seamlessly (but not meme-lessly) with Astrid, and makes tasks fun. Five stars! |
