This effective to-do list lets you keep track of everything you need to do. Organize tasks in your own to-do lists and assign icons to both tasks and lists.

Task List Pro have basic producteev sync, widgets, task reminders, 160 icons, repeating tasks, speech to text, backup/restore, search, CSV export, ordering tasks by drag&drop and much more. Supports English, Spanish and German language.

Task List Pro is a very customizable to-do list with lots of settings. Actions can be assigned to buttons and swipe movements to make the app behave like you want. An extensive FAQ is available within the app so check it out if you need any help or just some hints to get started.

Task List Pro is ad-free and you can sync any list against producteev. Pro version also have a function to email all your tasks as a CSV file that will easily open in Excel.

Please note that Task List Pro will be installed in addition to the free version if you are upgrading. To keep your tasks just export them from the free version and import them into the Pro version. When all tasks are transferred you can uninstall the free version. Check out the FAQ for help.

Producteev sync now broken I have used this app for some time and it was very good, but Producteev sync has been broken. I can still sync old lists that were created on an old version but can not create new lists with sync configured. Have tried to contact developer multiple times but no response. Have tried on two different android devices running 4.2 and 4.3

Good but stopped syncing I love this app, but I've had to give it 3 stars because latelly it's stopped syncing on both my mobile and pad. I checked all settings and even recreated lists and workspaces in producteev with no success. The Faq page is useful but not in this case and so far I've had no success in a response from the developer. If not for these issues it a 5 star app.

Brilliant but producteev doesnt load I love the app. It works just how I want it to. Just bought a tablet and joined Producteev to sync between phone & tab but Producteev website consistently fails to load on both devices. No joy on desktop or laptop either. Also, the app crashes when I try to sync a list. Am stuck syncing via bluetooth using xml files. Ok if I only update lists on 1 device but kind of defeats the object of having it installed on a second machine. 5 stars if not for the sync issue. Please fix!

Awesome! Love full version ! Keeps all kinds of lists including grocery, store, medical history, etc. Great program! Always reliable! Super big pain in the butt to transfer to a new phone and no response to support requests, but after hours figured a way around it on my own. Otherwise awesome app!

Surprising bug I was using this app with no problems on my EVO2 and then, for some reason, I discovered that one could put applications and shortcuts behind the widget. But, once placed, it was impossible to remove the app or link from behind the widget. Clicking on a part of the widget where the app was placed caused it to go to the app instead of Task List Pro's default! Silly issue for an otherwise stellar application.

Love this app but... I bought the pro version because I loved the free version and wanted to get rid of the ad. This app does everything I need, it's perfect, never crashes, etc. EXCEPT..... the directions say to transfer from old (free) list to new (pay) you export from old to SD card, which I did. Then you go to new Task List app, menu, then import from SD card. I've looked everywhere and don't see import/export on the new app. I'll have to transfer over manually, and since I use this literally for everything, it's a lot to transfer. Except for the above annoying issue, this app is absolutely one of the best, most useful apps I've ever found. Fix that one thing and I'll change to 5 stars.

License check crap Its a nice task list but whats the deal with this google license check. I try and open my task list that I purchased two months ago and it says I dont have a legit license. Wont open. I had to turn my background data on and go to google play to get it to open. I expect it to open whether Im connected to the net or not. Best Task List App For Me This Task List App has most of the features I want / need. There always seemed to be one or two things missing on other apps. My needs are fairly simple though. I wanted a Producteev compatible application with Android notification - something the official application doesn't seem to do. Not sure if this is still being actively developed. It's been a LONG TIME since the last update. Not that it needs updating but there are features mentioned in other comments that would improve the UI.

Full-featured app Read others' comments on why this is so very good. The one thing to be aware of: it periodically seems to check your license. If it cannot (because you have no internet connection), IT WILL NOT LET YOU VIEW YOUR LISTS. This destroyed it for me. :(

Nice One I really like this app. It ties you into a site from producteev that has a free desktop download. I only gave the app 4 stars because it seems you have to manually sync. And it would have been nice if it were tied into Google. But the other program more than makes up for it :)

Can set it to browse and toggle items complete using 5-way button (if your phone has one) for one-handed operation while grocery shopping (something I've missed dearly since switching from Palm OS). Perfect app but,,, I can't find the developer contact page for request. This app is exactly what I needed but in galaxy S2 phone when I add a task I have to turn the phone to landscape display for the 'done' button to appear. This app is perfect app for my needs other then this issue.

Worth a go Some really nice ideas if you're just using the app only. Drag and drop to reorder things. Easy to add lists. Swipe sideways between lists. Nice range of icons for tasks. NB Deduct another star if you want to use the website / app sync which is Uber Cumbersome needing to sign in and set up synchronization every time you add a new list WTF ? Fix that and give it five stars.

Almost there... Really nice task/list manager. Simple interface, with touch navigation and a little depth. An all black background theme is available, which I feel is a must for anything running on batteries. I like using it, because it's simple and easy to navigate. However, because I usually create at my desktop or laptop, I always fall back to Astrid for tasks, and Springpad for lists. Both of these have good, and actively developed, keyboard and mouse interfaces on the web. A must for any successful app in this category. To make this my go to app, it would require a nod to power users. (1) Needs more input (web) and sync options. Syncing with Producteev is awkward and time consuming (2) Widget needs work. Should integrated seamlessly with my desktop. Meaning, a minimalist, transparent background, full screen interactive widget with customizable info. Again, the best feature of this app is how simple it can look, while having most of the usability I'm looking for. Hopefully it will mature into a "Best in class" product.

Simple to Handle Multiple Tasks I tried all tasks software available. It suits best. I keep 5 list tabs, prioritize and include notes. Its swipe to edit feature is fast enough. As a professional I find it simple but most effective and durable. Just add sync to google tasks.
