SmrtBeacon works in conjunction with the SmrtGuard app. It's purpose is for users who have lost their device and do not have a SmrtGuard account to be able to track their device's location. Once installed, SmrtBeacon will send out continuous emails to the user with the location of the device. It will also send out an email notification if SmrtGuard is uninstalled.
Directions on how to setup SmrtBeacon:
1. Go to a PC web browser and sign into the Android Market using your Google account
2. First, search for SmrtGuard and install it remotely on the device
3. Next, install SmrtBeacon remotely on the device
4. Once installed SmrtBeacon will start sending out emails every 5 minutes.
