Still the best Field Service App Overall but needs work Reducing to 4 stars. Although I'm a loyal paying customer, my feature requests were not implemented. Please add more multiple input options for each call (like Ministry Assistant), an option to back up to Google drive, a widget so we can view our monthly totals and allow us to save presentations for use. Please also update the interface. It looks dated. Thanks

BackUp Restore Function When I connect my Motorola Droid Razr Maxx to my MacBook Pro I see all my app directories except service time. And yes I have checked both the SD card and the internal memory. Any suggestions?

Nice app I love this app its very helpful. The only problem I have is that when I try to put my hours in It won't let put 2 hours in it automatically changes to 3 hours this is very annoying pleas fix.

Only 1 suggestion Please consider updating for Android 4.0+ devices. It's starting to look a little dated on newer phones. Loyal user since 2009.

Good but could be great again I love this app but it's starting to look out of date on newer devices. Wished it followed Google's Holo UI standards. It also slows down when you have a lot of calls and you're trying to scroll through the list. PLEASE fix this app.

Almost The Best Needs to allow editing and adding of publications. Other than that, this is a great tool. The mapping makes it better than Service Droid. However, Service Droid lets you edit and add publications. Please consider such a change. Thank you.

Need an option for turning rv a different color once you call. Then after so many days it turns another color easily letting you know you need return.

Worked great at first. Ever since I updated ROM to FROYO, it erases all data after every update, even though I back it up before updating.
