Remote Desktop brings order to your Droid. View and retrieve all the contents of your phone such as documents, photos, videos
All you need is a standard web browser (! the latest Chrome or Firefox !) and Remote Desktop will allow you interact with your phone as easily as a PC.

Most of them require you to buy the app or are very slow. This app starts up really quick. The web interface is sleek and functional. Can transfer multiple files at the same time. Terminal access is a unique feature. |

I know this is probably based upon the speed of my network connection and when I am not at home I usually have a slower connection speed so the interface is much slower. But for the most part great app! |

Now I can put my phone by the window sill or somewhere else with service, and just use my laptop to text. Far as I've seen, works flawlessly for SMS.
