Alert yourself randomly uniformly distributed time intervals ... Simply creates notifications on your phone.

*Replace your time-tracker app with a random sample. Use in conjunction with 'Log Life' to record your activity at the time of the alert to gather a random sample of how you spend your time. Helps remove sampling bias!
This app is still in Beta. Please contact me if you are not getting a uniformly distributed sample.
Set the average time between alerts:
*1-24 hrs in 1 hr increments
*48hrs, 72hrs
Set the minimum time between alerts:
*6, 10, or 15 minutes
Notification Settings:
*Select Custom Alert Ringtone
*Sound On/Off
*Vibration On/Off
*Restrict alerts during certain parts of the day (i.e. at night).
IF 'LOG LIFE' IS INSTALLED ON THE PHONE:
*Clicking the notification will start 'Log Life' with the timestamp of the notification time.
*Gives you a nice random sample of how you spend your time
*Example: track categories like 'Work vs. Play' or 'Mood'
*Example: track job categories like projects you're working on
IF 'LOG LIFE' IS NOT INSTALLED:
*Clicking on the notification does nothing :(
