PowerPanel allows you to shutdown, hibernate or reboot your PCs remotely.
With the windows only (for now!) desktop companion application you simply need to pair with the phone, no messing around with IP addresses.
Version 2 will be released with Wake On LAN functionality shutdown over 3G and support for OSX and Linux.
