For those who are not on un-limited voice plan from your country mobile network operators, you are usually given only certain minutes of free calls before they start to bill you for the extra minutes every month. E.g you may be given 100% incoming calls free but only 100 minutes outgoing free. Hence you would like to keep your outgoing calls to under 100 minutes each month.

The application provides a way for you to monitor your incoming/outgoing calls usage minutes before the whole month is up. It is like some early warning buffer to curb your calls usage before they go way above your voice plan limit and incur hefty bills later.

The incoming/outgoing calls minutes and incoming/outgoing SMS are monitored month by month basis. Store for past 12 months statistics.

Please note this application monitored timings are estimated as it read from the smart-phone and most likely may differ a bit from the mobile network operators back-end server logs file. That is, the timing may not correspond EXACTLY to the bill you receive every month but it is a close approximation and hopefully it can help you to control your calls usage BEFORE the bill is sent to you every month.

The application support English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese display.

Oratory is the masterful art.

Poetry, painting, music, sculpture, architecture please, thrill, inspire; but oratory rules.

The orator dominates those who hear him, convinces their reason, controls their judgment, compels their action.

For the time being he is master. Through the clearness of his logic, the keenness of his wit, the power of his appeal, or that magnetic something which is felt and yet cannot be defined, or through all together, he sways his audience as the storm bends the branches of the forest.

Hence it is that in all times this wonderful power has been something longed for and striven for. Demosthenes, on the beach, struggling with the pebbles in his mouth to perfect his articulation, has been the great example. Yet it is often true of the orator, as of the poet; nascitur non fit.

Patrick Henry seemed to be inspired as "Give me liberty or give me death" rolled from his lips. The untutored savage has shown himself an orator.  Who does not delight in oratory? How we gather to hear even an ordinary speaker! How often is a jury swayed and controlled by the appeals of counsel!

Do we not all feel the magic of the power, and when occasionally we are permitted to listen to a great orator how completely we lose ourselves and yield in willing submission to the imperious and impetuous flow of his speech!

Almost everyone can be taught to write clearly, so far at least as clearness depends upon the arrangement of words.

Force, elegance, and variety of style are more difficult to teach, and far more difficult to learn; but clear writing can be reduced to rules. To teach the art of writing clearly is the main object of these Rules and Exercises.

Ambiguity may arise, not only from bad arrangement, but also from other causes—from the misuse of single words, and from confused thought. These causes are not removable by definite rules, and therefore, though not neglected, are not prominently considered in this book.

My object rather is to point out some few continually recurring causes of ambiguity, and to suggest definite remedies in each case. Speeches in Parliament, newspaper narratives and articles, and, above all, resolutions at public meetings, furnish abundant instances of obscurity arising from the monotonous neglect of some dozen simple rules.

The art of writing forcibly is, of course, a valuable acquisition—almost as valuable as the art of writing clearly.

But forcible expression is not, like clear expression, a mere question of mechanism and of the manipulation of words; it is a much higher power, and implies much more.

If you'd like to have a profile photo of every person in your phone's contact list, Eye Contact is here to help. This app scours the Web and produces a list of possible pictures of your contacts, whether they're longtime friends or people you've just added to your list.

Eye Contact is easy to use. After opening the app, select anyone on your phone's contact list; you'll see a list of photos from which to choose. After you add a new contact to your phone, the app automatically searches the Internet to find a photo that might match up. And after a call ends, if a picture of the caller doesn't already exist in their profile, Eye Contact can perform a one-time search for a possible picture.

If you keep Eye Contact running in your phone's background, it can find photos as soon as you enter a new contact into your list. Just touch "Done" and watch for photos!

Remember, the photos that Eye Contact finds aren't guaranteed to be of the person you're looking for. Make sure your contact's name is spelled correctly, and look carefully at the images to see if the search turned up the right person.

Bluetooth Shortcut is what you need if you use bluetooth a lot, and want to be able to turn it on or off as quickly as possible in any application.

Some Samsung phones have a widget built into the notification bar that allows you to toggle settings (powerbar widget notifications), however this is only available on those phones.  If you want this just for Bluetooth, then this is the application you need.  

You simply have to swipe down the notification bar from within any app, including internet, market, pandora, etc, and you can just tap the notification and you will toggle your bluetooth.  Much better than applications that sit on your home screen, because you don't have to be on your homescreen to toggle this one!

Reasons this is better than a homescreen toggle:

1.  You can do it from anywhere, not just your homescreen
2.  You can see easily on the top of the screen if bluetooth is on or off (different image based on what state it is in)
3.  Mimics custom UI designed for samsung phones

If you like this, you can also get Wifi Powerbar, which does the same thing with wifi!
