MyLifeOrganized (beta) (v. 1.0.0.1592) Разработано mylifeorganized.net |
MyLifeOrganized is an easy-to-use, yet powerful and intuitive, to-do list and task manager. Designed to strike a balance between the simple and the complex, MyLifeOrganized succeeds where competitors have failed! Using an unlimited task hierarchy and the ability to focus on subsections, MyLifeOrganized allows you to build a task management system to suit your needs.
Break down large tasks to achieve a collection of reasonably sized actions that are easy and unambiguous. Organize your tasks into projects and assign contexts. If required, set a due date, priority, and dependency. Once loaded with your information, MyLifeOrganized goes to work and prepares a simple task list containing only those next actions which require your immediate attention. This list is updated automatically once you complete a task, change context or move to another location.
Sync wirelessly with the world-class Windows Desktop version of MyLifeOrganized* to add even more power to your task management. You can sync using Wi-Fi or the Cloud service. Using the MLO Cloud service**, you can sync with multiple computers at home and the office and share a single task list or collaborate with other people.
Although this is a fully featured BETA version of MyLifeOrganized, some features are still in development. You can use the beta version for free until the final product is released. Once the final version has been released, you will have the choice of continuing to use MyLifeOrganized for free in Lite mode, or purchasing a license key to unlock the full feature set. In either case your data will be preserved after the upgrade. Please use our forum for feedback, since we cannot respond on Android Market.

[2011-12-15] Robert: Best app of its kind. Stands easily on it's own. When paired with the desktop app and cloud sync it's phenomenal! |
[2011-12-15] Cheng: good very good app. strongly advised. |
[2011-12-14] Bird: Excited to see this Google Tasks does not have expandable/collapsible items which handicaps the really great Google Apps counterparts I see such as Google Tasks Organizer. So for the past few weeks, I've been playing with GQueues which cleverly uses HTML5 to get app-like functionality through certain Android Browsers such as Opera which support HTML5. Still -- it's clunky. Things don't drag and drop as smoothly as with a dedicated Then today, I came across this -- MLO. After glance, it seemed convoluted because of all the GTD baggage and jargon. But after playing with it for the past 2 hours, I'm started to feel like this may be what I've been looking for. True outliner functionality both desktop and Android app and all the usual task management bells and whistles. Plus either WiFi or Internet Sync. Gonna take it slow. But this is the closest I've seen to what I've been looking for. |
[2011-12-14] paulpla: Best Gtd tool ! |
[2011-12-14] PaddyVA: A Lot To Like, But I think that MLO could be the number one task app on Android and iPhone markets. But it is not going to be unless there is a major change. It needs to link to Toodledo and/or Google, not just to MLO Pro for PC. MLO Pro for PC (Windows only) costs $60. Add to that the cost of MLO for mobile devices, and another charge for the cloud service and you are really talking major money for something that can be done for free with Toodledo and many other apps, or with Google and many other apps. I first discovered MLO for PC maybe a year or three ago. And I really liked it, particularly the intelligent assignment to dates, etc. It has great depth for project management (wish it could do Gnatt charts). But when the Pro trial expired, and I found that I couldn't link to anything (MLO mobile Beta hadn't even started back then), I started to look for other options, and I found Toodledo and a low cost PC program, TaskAngel, that syncs to Toodledo, and gives me instant pop-up to add tasks, and I've found it quite adequate. There are nice things about MLO that I'd still like to use, and I might gradually move to it, if it were not for the high cost and the lack of connectivity. |
[2011-12-13] Vavant: Супер весчь Идея, реализация - все оч. хорошо. Ребята, когда раскрасите виндовс клиент? Сделайте дизайн как на андроиде, здорово будет. |
[2011-12-12] Julian: Switched to DTG GTD and I am very happy about it. Got tired after several months waiting for a more optimized MLO Android UI. Desktop app offers a lot but this needs to be kiss and it isn't. |
[2011-12-12] Dwight: Powerful, effective task manager MLO is the most effective tool I've found for managing simple to-do's through reasonably complex projects. |
[2011-12-11] A: Terms and Conditions Almost every time I open the app it asks me to accept its terms and conditions. Very frustrating |
[2011-12-07] S: Way too complicated, unintuitive. |
[2011-12-03] Anonymous: Looks promising Desktop version fails. I love the design of this app plus the simple UI. I was looking for a desktop version similar. Disappointed, if you ask me. |
[2011-11-29] Olin: MyLifeOrganized Looove this App. Waiting for paid version and hoping for better looking skins and even more great features. Very smart program. |
[2011-11-28] sarahmagallano: Looks like it is a good app. However, it seems VERY time consuming. Uninstall unfortunately, sorry. |
[2011-11-20] Kevin: Great app Great app once you get the hang of it and sync to the desktop version. I assume after beta I will have to pay more but it will be worth it. |
[2011-11-16] sven: Very good Only the mandatory cloud WiFi sync is a pain. |
[2011-10-26] the 11/2/2011 Good Syncs no probs via cloud with desktop version. But would like filters, next actions. Want same views as on desktop. |
[2011-10-21] alan s: Pro: can organise levels of subtasks in a tree, has calendars reminders etc. Con: crazy complicated interface despite fairly standard features. |
[2011-10-20] John: Awesome app! Eagerly waiting for finished version. |
[2011-10-15] Kuntau: Need better widget Need better scrollable widget. Honeycomb onward got native scrolling widget support. |
[2011-10-12] Babak: Brilliant and highly flexible Can be used as an efficient todo list but also as a project management tool. Very flexible, high quality software both on desktop and Android. |
[2011-09-24] Bryan: Bryan H. It looks really good but as soon as I close the apparently and end it in task manager EVERYTHING is lost and is reset back to new app. Has potential. |
[2011-09-23] Roman: No autowifi sync I constantly forget to sync when I go out from home. Otherwise great. |
[2011-09-23] seandm69: Great Start, cant wait to see how it evolves. Pretty sweet program. GTD the way you want to do it, but can get expensive with cloud sync and windows client. I love the customization options and the ability to do everything how i want to. Only issue besides the overall cost is the that the widget doesnt seem to refresh after synching, nor does it seem to update with latest actions. |
[2011-09-19] Jaime F.: Great App! A little confusing at first, but after sometime of getting used to it is great! Perfect personal PM tool. |
[2011-09-18] BOC: Evolutionary Combined with the desktop client this is a very powerful program. The developer is responsive and consistently updating on multiple platforms. |
[2011-09-18] the 9/18/2011 L-O-V-E it! Best one by far! Highly customizable system, setup/org the way u want to. Best on the market. HTC Incred. |
[2011-09-17] Frank V: Great task manager! I've used the desktop version of My Life Organized for years. The Android version is just as great. And it integrates perfectly with MLO desktop. |
[2011-09-17] csuwildlifer: A-TRAIN Absolutely phenomenal! |
[2011-09-16] Cirrob: Too complicated? Really?? Awesome app. Almost perfect (needs the visual ques that windows mobile had). Those who say its too complicated must have the iq of a potato. |
[2011-09-16] Luis Enrique: Powerful, period. |
[2011-09-16] Akrom: Scrollable widgets Would be nice if you make the task list in the widget scrollable |
[2011-09-15] goog: Has features I want Nice implementation of nested tasks |
[2011-09-01] Bryon: Great program. Best on the market. Get the PC version too for total GTD peace of mind. |
[2011-08-28] Wajih: Closes after 1min or so on dell streak 2.2 |
[2011-08-28] Joshua: crashes every few adding of subtasks. unusable and not properly QA-ed before releasing. Samsung Tab |
[2011-08-26] bogorad: Usability sucks. Back to Vitalist.com/i/ :( |
[2011-08-19] Alexey: Best program |
[2011-08-18] Casey: Sweet This rocks. Need more social integration, sharing events amongst mlo users.. Bluetooth tenner also plz. |
[2011-08-18] rockky: Potentially Fantabulous! Please put in android app SHARE list!..(way easier to get items into the app). Need bolder fonts. |
[2011-08-18] Anil: When is search function coming? |
[2011-08-13] Evy: Too much. Never really got started using it. Uninstalling. |
[2011-08-13] Angel: Nice idea but too complex. |
[2011-08-07] camilla: I really like the premise of where you're going with this app. However, it would help if you had a user manual. I couldn't delete tasks. |
[2011-08-06] Julia Bridget: Great idea, but Great idea, but way too complicated to be useful. I have to wade through options and menus just to see my tasks in the order that I need to do them. The widget only shows "starred" tasks and they are not in the order that I need to do them! Needs a lot of work. |
[2011-08-06] james: It's Okay I would use it more if it didn't take long to open the app. I don't want to see an introduction/title screen every time I open it. |
[2011-08-02] Levi: Best GTD app available Used them all Astrid, gtasks, shuffle, etc. All are good but MLO is a great app combine that with a desktop app that you can sync to and its the best. |
[2011-08-02] .paul.: Really very nice app. Everything works fine. Please add: widget, sync of 'todo' tasks with Google Cal, and automatic sync with MLO Cloud/wifi. Thanks! |
[2011-07-30] Jim Collier: Unlimited nesting makes this app stand apart from ALL others. |
[2011-07-28] Stacey: Absolutely love this organizer! Best I've seen by far, looking forward to updates. Would love to see Mac compatible sync program. |
[2011-07-28] Philb: Awesome tool for keeping you productive MLO is an awesome tool to help you get organized, with a passionate developer behind it. It can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. The MLO team packs a lot of functionality into this app, and are committed to its future. Highly recommended, as is the Windows version, that can sync with Android. |
[2011-07-28] sbhnet: I've been using the desktop version for a couple of years. Now when i'm on the road I've got it all! Love it! |
[2011-07-27] bobchernow: Love it. I would give it 5 stars when it is complete. MLO is the best organizer there is. |
[2011-07-27] Faisal: I like MLO because it is highly compliant with GTD.Android users are google fans. Therefore syncing with google cal, would be very key. |
[2011-07-27] Devon: Great but no desktop sync program for Mac or even Google. Only PC program so far =( |
[2011-07-27] 40-02: Brilliant |
[2011-07-25] Dr. Richard: Great app! |
[2011-07-23] Craig Oliver: Best to-do list manager, bar none. Syncs perfectly with desktop version. EVO 4G |
[2011-07-22] Kandice: Beta users shld not have to pay for the app when its released. Also, computer software is WAY to expensive and not worth 50 bucks. Id pay only ten. |
[2011-07-21] Kevin: Another long-time user who keeps coming back! Like many others, I've used MLO since the old WinMo days. When I went to Android, I missed using it, and tried several other programs/tools/apps. When the iOS version came out, I carried my iPod Touch around so I could use MLO. I got on the Android beta test group as soon as I could, and glad I did. I've seen many changes to MLO over the years, largely because of so many devoted users (and the developers' understanding not only of the "code" but the "usage" of the tool). |
[2011-07-21] Marc: Great start Upped from 2 stars for adding widget (Kinda ugly and won't show all actions). I recommend making it scrollable. Integrate with Pure Calendar for 5. |
[2011-07-20] scathew: Hooked on MLO... Many years ago I got into GTD and tried them all. MLO was the clear winner and has only evolved to the positive. If you need an application that works on just about every platform, can synchronize across a diversity of media, and offers enormous flexibility in terms of task management, this is your tool. While no tool is perfect for everyone because we each have our individual needs, this tool is about as close as it comes. |
[2011-07-14] Greg: Excellent App!!! I haven't started using this app for real world projects yet, but it looks like a real winner. One thing I don't like is the price. I appreciate the polished interface that needs to be paid for, but I am afraid if it's priced too high it will 'die on the vine' right after I commit to it. |
[2011-07-11] DwightArthur: Only MLO supports the variety of task recurrence, dependencies, and project structures that I need to manage my personal and professional to-do's. |
[2011-07-02] MadBison: MLO is the best todo manger I have used! Way beyond a todo list. Have used PC and winmobile version for years. Awesome support too! |
[2011-06-22] Bart: The PC program is solid, however the app rarely syncs properly, would be a winner otherwise. That's a real deal breaker. |
[2011-06-21] Brian: Weak to-do list |
[2011-06-20] mus: Great app. Should add parenthesis with name og parent folder to individual tasks in star, goal, etc. sections |
[2011-06-18] terbear: Long-time user tried many always return to MLO. Dev focused on providing solid, quality app. Love being able to enter tasks as I think of them! |
[2011-06-17] wildWONG: Randomly shutdown in HTC Flyer. |
[2011-06-16] Tsangcym: Pretty good apps just that there is no web version? |
[2011-06-15] James: Very impressive so far, even in beta. Complicated, but lots of nice features and what's more it runs smooth on my aging Hero. Great! |
[2011-06-15] Brendon: A great start. Has a lot of features lacking from other GTD Apps. Want to see: -integration with calendar -easier notes viewer |
[2011-06-11] CalifBob: Very powerful GTD organizer. Takes time to learn how to use it. |
[2011-06-06] Rich: Good, almost intuitive app. Once the widget and reminders are available it will be perfect for me. |
[2011-06-01] John Galt: Extremely excellent software for busy professionals! Slight learning curve, but tremendously useful! Wifi Sync works flawlessly w/desktop software! |
[2011-05-27] Leif: I use MLO for all of my projects and can't imagine working without it. Sync is great with the desktop. |
[2011-05-24] Dara: This is a serious piece of software. If you want control over the things you have to do in your life, this App is for you. |
[2011-05-20] Holmes245: I love this and the desktop version. Thanks for your efforts Andrey! Awesome app! |
[2011-05-19] Bigglesoft: Superb in beta, I have no doubt it will get 5 stars when out of beta. I use the windows version as the master list, and this in my pocket. :) |
[2011-05-18] David: Awesome, MyLifeOrganized totally rocks. Sync from desktop and phone is so simple. What a great app. You don't need a widget. |
[2011-05-17] Ian: Best of its type I've found |
[2011-05-15] Troop908: Wondering why e'one gripes 'bout widgets? Is it really that difficult to just hit the shortcut app icon on your screen???!!!.. |
[2011-05-13] TimV: I've tried many, many task organizers, and found MLO to be the best in existence! I've been using MLO on other platforms for years, nothing better. |
[2011-05-12] Joel: Great start for a beta. Powerful to do manager. Trying to replace Life Balance I used on my Palm before Android. This looks like a good contender. |
[2011-05-09] scoobie: I've tried them all - this is by far the best to do list manager for prioritising tasks smartly and managing projects |
[2011-05-09] Mike: Would have given 5 stars but the lack of WIDGETS is just unacceptable. |
[2011-05-08] amanda: Too difficult to navigate but good concept |
[2011-05-07] Marc: Looks promissing but not very useful at the moment without a widget. |
[2011-05-07] Nenad: Good effort, but way to complicated to be useful. Desktop app is awful. |
[2011-05-06] OronM: Force close on launch. Desire |
[2011-05-06] Sid: Force close on N1. 2. 3. 4 |
[2011-05-03] Tommy: This is the best organizing task list on android. Her the PC version too! |
[2011-05-02] Warren: Great application. Have used it on Windows Mobile for a long time. Looking forward to using it on Android. |
[2011-05-02] Michael G.: This runs on both a phone and tablet and is a very well done port of the desktop app. MLO is great for tracking project tasks. Best one out there. |
[2011-05-01] hulksmash: Personalizable, powerful yet simple to use Been using MLO way back to Windows Mobile 5 days. Hands down the best task/project/to do manager out there. Adapts to your own system -- as simple or as detailed as you need -- yet always easy to use. Project planning in a tree format then switch to context-based/date-based, etc. task lists so you can focus on getting things done. It's like having an extra brain that's always looking out for you. Currently great with even more useful features coming. Can I pull a Spinal Tap and rate this 6 stars? |
[2011-05-01] Armiol: Tried plenty of things like Wunderlist, Gtasks etc. This is so far better! Desktop app is also a feature missing in other similar programs. Nice work! |
[2011-05-01] Mike: I have been using MLO ever since I read "Getting Things Done" and it is the best task prioritization and management system I have ever found. |
[2011-05-01] Lisa: Couldn't manage my life without it :) Excellent and the beta keeps getting better as more features are implemented. Beta is very stable/functional. Love ability to organize tasks hierarchically with subtasks, folders, projects, hidden tasks, and then view in many different lists, organize with contexts, sync to desktop, recurrent tasks. Slick move mode. Better than any other Android task system I've tried. |
