[2012-03-16] Grant: No more sudden wake-ups!!! This app is a life saver. I used to forget to turn my phone off a night sometimes, only to be startled out of sleep by my phone going off (or by a wife kicking me because my phone is going off). Now I sleep soundly, without having to worry about my ringer or being kicked. Thanks!!! One enhancement: it would be great if you could signify the volume level for each event, and have the ringer go to the lowest level of the union of events. In my case, my phone is downstairs, so it would be great if the volume was at level one or two at night, just in case I'm near by. |

[2012-02-20] Wheez: Mute-O-Matic is pretty boss I use Google calendar all the time, so this app is perfect for me. I have my classes as one Google calendar and my life events as another. So whenever someone's phone goes off in class or during a movie or meeting, I always think to myself "man I'm glad I have this app!" It's pretty nice to have the option to have the app auto-text people too so they know you're not ignoring them. I also love being able to tell my friends that they can call literally any time without fear of making my phone ring during class. This app has changed the way I live. I also get to actually have a ringtone now instead of keeping my phone silent all the time. Requests for the author: 1. It would be so awesome if there was a "%code" option in the auto-sms section to have the app tell people specifics of the event their calling in on. That way I could write something like: "This is an automated message: Hey there, I'm currently attending %n from %s - %e, but I'll call you back as soon as I can." (where %n would be the Google calender event name, %s would be the start time, %e would be the end time -- something like that would be awesome!) 2. Have you considered muting by GPS locations? |
