Creating wireframe prototypes is easy with Mockups for Android:
One button for adding an user interface element,
One Properties tool for UI element color, text size, etc.
Export to bitmap or SVG (PRO version only) and "Share" feature lets you print concepts and share ideas with others. To delete project open menu/Open, long-tap on project and select Delete. To backup project open menu/Open, long-tap on project and select Copy to SD. Only PRO version can open backed up files from SD card.

[2012-11-16] A Google User: Great interface, missing a few important items The interface is great. Easy to use and the grid snapping is a huge help. It really desperately needs two things: a day to set text justification (it always centers text in elements ) and a table object. Trying to mockup tables is a pain using boxes and aligning all the text manually. |

[2012-01-22] A Google User: Good App, would love a few additional features This app is useful as a rough web design sketch tool, especially in client meetings. I'd be interested to see the addition of a "snap to grid" option (with the ability to turn it on or off), and some default standard web layouts that you can load from a menu and then modify - full page, two column, three column, four column, etc. For standard layout formulas like that, it would save a lot of time to not have to do the whole thing from scratch each time. It's still pretty useful as is, but with the additions of those items I would consider it a five star app. |
