Great app - wish I could edit text The app is great. Love the razor. Love the ease of entering text wherever I want. I just wish I could go back to previously entered text and edit it.

Too good! I can't imagine how long it took me to finally find THE app for handwriting purposes only. This app is near perfect, only thing is the eraser that annoys me, regular users will understand. But all in all, still a very usable app and definitely practical in many situations...

Using pinching gesture to zoom? Great app, would be ideal if one could using pinching gesture to zoom in and out. Currently the zoom buttons are a bit tedious, requiring many presses as each press only zooms in or out a little.

Needs some tlc No file type selection (saves the the files a zip??), no directory selection, small icons, no settings menu, undo is only with the small icon(much better if it was with the volume key)

Not close, shows promise Drawing separate lines and moving them to make shapes doesn't work well. Needs polylines, endpoint moving, polygons with fill and stroke, and maybe b-splines.

Great It's really great, but needs improvements and more features like note export, sync or share. Also I cannot enter any text... Separate folder also needed for storing notes. Also I would like to see a small pages navigator and notes browser with thumbnail support.

5 star app, with room for features. While this is an easy 5 star app, it is missing a few key features to be the hands down best handwriting app. Please add a way to export into something other than Firefox/svg, and a way to sync to the cloud!

Surprisingly Great Very, very responsive! Needs sharing and export file as jpg, PDF, etc. If it had import image and layers, it would be better than Adobe Ideas. Super useful and fast.... highly recommended.

Good for Class Bought my Xoom so I wouldn't have to lug around notebooks and such. This app allows me to take notes in the classes such as linear algebra that are hard to do in an inline notes program. Additionally, it allows you to take multiple pages of notes.

Good, but missing several simple features! Just the ability to draw rectangles/diagrams would be a great addition. Also, how do I remove a page? Snap to grid? Save as a PNG. Export/share? etc.

Very promising... Great start. I'm really hoping the app will focus more on formal illustration and less on "note taking"... there are plenty of note taking apps out there. The Android platform really needs a solid vector illustration app to compliment apps like SketchBook Pro. Add support for point manipulation, bezier curves and stroke styling and I'd be happy to pay big premium bucks for a full tablet version. Muti-touch + bezier curves = nirvana!

Problem entering text with some keyboards You can enter text with some keyboards besides the standard Android keyboard. The problem is that the app won't accept text from keyboards that enter the text as whole words. For example, Swype will work if you tap keys to enter text (not if you swipe the keys to enter whole words). Thumb Keyboard works like the Standard Keyboard, so no problem. FlexT9 doesn't work at all with this app because of its predictive text feature, I guess. Would be great if this were fixed.

Great app I use this app on my Xoom in my advanced math classes so I can do all of the work and not have to use up lots of notebooks. Saving trees is always good, that and I pull off looking cool. The only downsides to the app are the lack of pinch zoom and the lack of an export feature to turn the stuff into a jpeg or png.

Exactly what I was looking for Since getting an android tablet, I've been disappointed that I couldn't find a good note-taking app. MaplePaint fits that role perfectly, I'm so glad I've finally found it. Requests: OCR to transform my handwriting to text, and pinch-to-zoom or at least the ability to draw a box to zoom to.

best note taking app for students I've found am using this app with my xoom and it works great, it lets just choose different colors, add pages, type, write and highlight and even has a graph paper option. The only thing that's lacking is a file organizer, right now all the files are put in one place.

Best so far but problems saving Best note taking app I've found so far. Can write on it just like paper with a stylus. Only problem is that when I save more than one page for a note, it saves all the pages on top of each other. Motorola Xoom

Text works for me on Vibrant. Handwritten notes jumbled on reopen; groups of lines get moved. Get error when overwriting that file exists. Way cool.
