…..people are a company’s most valuable asset, but they are also human beings – emotional and fallible. They want to excel, but need to feel safe in order to do so. If I know how to connect to my staff on a “human being” level and inspire them with the passion to excel, I create a collaborative, proactive, and transformative workforce.
As manager, my objective is to develop a staff:
