Using Lucyphone to do your customer service bidding makes you a more empowered customer. If you get put on hold, you can press "**" at which point "Lucy" will hold your spot in the queue until a live agent handles your call. While Lucy waits on hold for you, you can do other things, like try on earmuffs. The app shows you the status of the call and your recent call history. [2013-08-14] A Google User: Works! (Atrix 4G) Was talking to my power company to correct my name which mis-spelt by them on the bill. I was told there 60 something callers in queue ahead of me, being served by 80 something customer care execs, and the wait time is about 8 mins. Long story short, I used this app and ~8 mins later my phone rang after connecting the call with the CC at the other end. Even though the phone display sleeps and phone is locked, the call is waiting on hold in background and it rings when connected. |

[2013-07-03] A Google User: Now looking for other 800 #s to call Calling comcast I got a message the wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes. Using this app I got a call and an apology for the wait about 25 min later. Whew... now who else do I need to call... ;) |
