Invitation Processor Free (v. 1.5.4) Разработано ExFrontier |
Do you always wonder how to write iCalendar files attached to event invitation mails to your device calendar?
From your email app or file manager send the iCalendar (e.g. .iCal .ics, .vcs) attachments to Invitation Processor. It imports the information contained in these files and exports them to a selected device calendar.
- works with K-9, Kaiten, Google Mail, HTC and Samsung Stock Mail Apps and others
- define an alarm to get rembered to an upcoming event recognizes duplicate entries
- already supports Androids new Calendar API defined in version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
This is the FREE VERSION with Ads If you like the App, please consider to buy the full version to support us in development.
Fetures of the full version:
- Ad-Free
- support for recurring events
- support for event updates and cancels
If you encounter problems, please contact us first instead of giving this app a low rating. We are encouraged to solve every problem in our apps. But sometimes sending a crash report and/or leaving a low rating, does not give us enough information about the error. Sending us the problematic .ics file with some information is much better. Thanks!

[2013-07-02] A Google User: FC every time I try to open. ICS file |
[2013-03-26] A Google User: Works perfectly Brilliant, email comes in with an invite.vcs attachment, view it and select which calendar to add to (I have gmail and hot mail) and it's done. I was surprised the calendar on the nexus didn't do this automatically, but this makes it dead easy. |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Adds a duplicate entry when somone accepts As title says. :-( |
[2013-02-18] A Google User: Just what I needed. I hated not being able you read ics files on iOS. This is a must have if you receive meeting invites via email. It allows a preview before adding to the calendar without needing to send it to a Google calendar etc. The option to set an alarm is a fantastic touch. I look forward to seeing how well this works over the next few months. First two invites were flawless and ads are unobtrusive. Thank you. Updates with comparison before import? |

[2013-01-09] A Google User: Dont Work.. Tried it with default email app on Nexus 7 and on my old HTC Android phone. Sent an invite email from Outlook 2010, and was unable to see the .isc attachment...much less add it to any calender. Really wish it worked though.... |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: Finally!!! Finally someone managed to create an app to handle ICS meeting requests! So far it works well; using it with AquaMail, since the stock email did not even show ICS attachments. Thanks!! (and shame on you Google) |
[2012-11-18] A Google User: Works This is the only program I found that worked. |
[2012-11-12] A Google User: Great app Thank you for this great app. Works well for viewing the invite. Although I don't use it for adding the invite into my calendar, as my Google account is configured to do that automatically. Once I view and know where the item is located in my calendar, I can go to the item and accept the invitation, so the invitee knows I'm attending. I only have to use this workaround if I get invites from Outlook users. |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: Useless for outlook users Me and most of my contact use Outlook, and this app did not see my received invitations as "attachments", so could not process them! --> useless |
[2012-10-29] A Google User: Works really well Works seamlessly with Gmail to show the calendar entry. It would be really great if it could recognize links in the .ics file (e.g. webex meetings) and phone nos. (e.g. for conference dial-in) and enable me to click to launch the webapp / dial the phone no. directly from here. Really awesome otherwise. Keep up the good work !! |
[2012-10-18] A Google User: AWESOME. Thanks so much |
[2012-10-15] A Google User: Nexus 7 vcs Worked perfectly for vcs on a nexus 7. I'm surprised gmail/Google calendar doesn't handle it out of the box though. Well done though |
[2012-10-09] A Google User: Best one out there This work like a charm. Tried 3 others & this is the only one that didn't crash. Well done guys |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: Works Tried 3 others. This is the only one that worked. Thanks. |
[2012-07-01] A Google User: Best one found Works very well |
[2012-07-01] A Google User: Thanks the only one that worked for me to open .ics attachment right if Gmail app |
[2012-06-29] A Google User: Permissions change why? Why does a calendar app need to read phone number and serial information. Good app, but questionable permissions. |
[2012-06-28] A Google User: Works perfectly... |
[2012-06-23] A Google User: Only imported one of many events |
[2012-05-23] A Google User: The best I tried some alternatives and none are as good a this. Simple and gets the job done right |
[2012-05-01] A Google User: Tried about 4 of these programs Only one that didn't mess anything up. |
[2012-04-14] A Google User: Worked well Automatically open iCal (.ics) calendar attachments I recieved via email. Fixed the problem of can't open the attached file type! Awesome. |
[2012-03-20] A Google User: Almost perfect... then show stopper I've been looking all morning for an app that will let me import an .ics file from the gmail app to my calendar. Finally this one can open the .ics file, recognize events, and add the event to a calendar. The only problem is that if I then try to edit the calendar event through the stock calendar app, the calendar app crashes. I can still edit the event via Google Calendar's web interface on my PC or on my phone, but the event always makes the calendar app crash. If it weren't for this one little problem, I would completely love this app and buy the full version. But as t is, I can't recommend it. AT&T Galaxy S II, if that makes any difference. Also, I don't know if this makes a difference, but all of the invitations I get are from Lotus Notes. |
[2012-03-16] A Google User: FC on Ice Cream Sandwich Changed my review to 4 stars now that the bugs are all fixed. Very simple app that does what Google cannot. Receive a calendar invite from Microsoft Outlook and put it on the calendar. If it could also send a Yes/No/Maybe response to the sender, then it would be a perfect 5 stars. |
[2012-03-11] A Google User: The best application for importing ics I've ever seen. Thx. |
[2012-02-25] A Google User: Excellent! How come google can't sort this out? Maybe they don't have meetings... |
[2012-02-23] A Google User: Works great I needed this for a long time. My first ics file has been worked fine.. great app |
[2012-01-23] A Google User: Exactly what I was looking for When I recently switched from BlackBerry to android I was shocked I couldn't accept appointments sent to a non gmail email address. This great little tool solved that problem. It initially didn't work on stock htc mail client on htc amaze but the dev fixed that issue and published an update within 2 days. Awesome! |
[2012-01-23] A Google User: Finally Calender apps on my nexus Literally a deal breaker. Used to have a blackberry, when I switched to my nexus I got so annoyed the Calender wouldn't work. Now I have this app I'm all smiles |
[2012-01-21] A Google User: It works! Finally an app that works for my Nexus , no time zone problems. |
[2012-01-19] A Google User: Just the job. This app may just stopped me swapping a galaxy s2 for windows phone. |
[2012-01-12] A Google User: Simple and efficient Works great... |
[2012-01-06] A Google User: Excellet Just perfect, it does what it says. |
[2012-01-06] A Google User: Looks good so far I tried outlook and lotus notes meetings on my Galaxy Nexus. Looks good. |
[2011-12-29] A Google User: Great app Works with galaxy nexus and a big help with .ics invites. Recommended app for sure. |
[2011-12-23] A Google User: Crashes on Verizon Galaxy Nexus Great idea, but crashes when adding to calendar. |
[2011-12-20] A Google User: Perfect. This marks the end of a quest for me to read ".ics" calendar invites in my inbox. Before, I set Google Calendar to automatically accept invites, then I had to search my calendar for the meeting title to see what I had just received in my inbox. Very happy. |
[2011-11-09] A Google User: Works as decsribed! |
