[2013-03-27] A Google User: Perfect A nice and simple file explorer is just what I needed |
[2013-03-25] A Google User: Beautiful app Just what I wanted: a beautiful app that worked and did what I needed it to. I just have one request: add in support to mount/unmount directories (eg: /system/, /data/) with this, the app would be perfect. |
[2013-03-23] A Google User: Where is the app "inka File Manager"? Ironic. You should name the app the same one you listed on Play Store. I can't find something "inka" on my phone. |
[2013-03-22] A Google User: 1 Fix Needed When you play the song in file manager and to stop if you press back button, it sends us out of the folder itself. only that fix is needed |
[2013-03-21] A Google User: Brilliant. The new menus are just perfect. Thank you for this app |
[2013-03-21] A Google User: Light and fully loaded |
[2013-03-20] A Google User: Root After I updated, I noticed root was gone from the free version. Is it now for the pro version?? |
[2013-03-20] A Google User: - even without root, this is still the best |
[2013-03-11] A Google User: Easy to use Simple and easy to use file manager. 100% recommended. Eat less memory and performs better |
[2013-03-03] A Google User: Best! Easily my favourite file manager, especially on the CM10.1 ROM. Very simple, but fully featured, but best is the interface... Just what I've been looking for! |
[2013-03-03] A Google User: I have tried ALL OF file manager apps.....believe me this is the best. |
[2013-03-02] A Google User: Excellent Finally a file browser that doesn't have over cartoonish icons! Such a nice, clean app. All it needs is the ability to unzip and extract files and actually create a file type like you can create a folder! THEN I'll pay for the pro version... |
[2013-03-02] A Google User: good |
[2013-01-25] A Google User: Just Perfect It does all common tasks. Beautiful UI and great app in small size. |
[2013-01-23] A Google User: Better than astro. |
[2013-01-19] A Google User: Nice. Please do NOT add any cloud integration to this app. This is the only real i am using it. Simple & clean UI. |
[2013-01-12] A Google User: Good UI really impressive |
[2013-01-04] A Google User: InKa file manager It is perfect for someone who wants a simple file manager without a lot of useless bells and whistles. It is very similar to the stock file manager on the Asus line of tablets. I love it!!! It would have gotten a 5 if not for 2 quirks. 1) if You change the name of a file make sure you keep the file type indicator (I.e. .jpg) or the program doesn't know what type of file it is and you have to tell it how to open and 2) the ads but they are very small :-) |
[2012-12-31] A Google User: Almost there... The design is beautiful and the app includes the most important functions. The ONLY THING that I really dislike is the advertising. I would suggest that you make the "Pro"-version more attractive by adding a few other functions like .rar and .tar-extraction and remove ads from the free version That way, people will pay for more advanced functions and won't uninstall because of intrusive advertising. It has worked with other apps! Otherwise, it is a great manager. |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Great app Dev listens to users |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Nice, need features This is cool app and best files browser app that I ever use. I like the black background. Its a simple and attractive user interface. |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: Great Please bring back the long press actions, have to check the box then click del to delete a single file is wastes of time |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: Read phone state and id too invasive. Great file manager but I don't like that an AD network can get my phone number because of this app, that is way too invasive. Uninstalling for now. |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: Kratus Problem like when I enter into a folder ,then I press back button ,m not at the position where I was , the navigation starts from the top rather than what's my last position . . . . Fix it and also long press option must be as it was |
[2012-11-18] A Google User: Useful Useful |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Simple n fast just what i was lookin 4. thy! |
[2012-11-16] A Google User: Solid My go to file manager on any android device. Stable, has never crashed on me. Does it's job well. |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Awesome Perfect! |
[2012-11-01] A Google User: Best The best file manager on play |
[2012-10-30] A Google User: Only file mgr I use No matter what phone I switch to, this is the first app I come to download. It's everything you could need WITH SIMPLICITY being the best part. Great job! |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: scroll bar position the scroll bar will block checkbox |
[2012-10-22] A Google User: Best FM IMO Really nice UI and uses the elementary icon set used in Ubuntu #epic |
[2012-10-18] A Google User: Excellent Works very well. Never had an issue. Highly recommended. |
[2012-10-16] A Google User: Excellent Very nice ui |
[2012-10-16] A Google User: No RAR file support... |
[2012-10-14] A Google User: No app picture preview See title. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: Finally; simplicity and elegance! To me, a non-root-user, this app appears to be one of te best file managers currently available. Just the basic operations and a clean and gentle interface. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: Samsung Galaxy SII Awesome |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Good app Simple file manager. |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Suspecious The older version was really great, in this updated version the apk files are visible as some package icon. But in older one it was showing particular app's image, which was easy to select & install, that's why I'm not installing newer version... Eventhough I'm giving 4 rating, as it is most helpful app for me... Thanks team great work |
[2012-09-26] A Google User: Looks good Doesn't keep exact scroll position after returning from subfolder. And I wish I could remove check box row at the left - "Pure ICS file manager" does multiselection better. |
[2012-09-25] A Google User: Beautiful.. And useful file manager, please add root features.. ty |
[2012-09-21] A Google User: Almost perfect Needs .rar compatibility |
[2012-09-18] A Google User: Ui issues Issues with selection of files/folders. Mostly selects files I haven't taped. |
[2012-09-10] A Google User: nice design I like the overall design and the use of Holo.dark. Thumbnails, grid view, automatic refreshing and all the other options and functions are very nice. |
[2012-09-01] A Google User: So so Not optimized for ICS and lacks some features. |
[2012-09-01] A Google User: Excelent You just Made a good app exelent! Thanks mate |
[2012-09-01] A Google User: Amazing This is the best file manager for android. Beautiful interface!!! |
[2012-09-01] A Google User: Best interface Thank you for adhering to holo guidelines. Unfortunately I need root in a file explorer. |
[2012-08-31] A Google User: Thank You. Perfect file manager app for me. Able to search the SD and files on phone memory with ease. UI is clean and easy to look at, no humbug whatsoever. Recent update is perfect to say the least. Why can't everything Android be that smooth! Lol! |
[2012-08-31] A Google User: Excellent Awesome application, really what stock android was missing. An option for root would be nice too. New file management is pretty cool. |
[2012-08-31] A Google User: Best FM Looks decent and workable, plus free. Nothing else comes close. |
[2012-08-28] A Google User: Excellent Finally a file manager that is nice to look at AND meets the ICS/JB design guidelines, I can't give enough stars for that! Thank you dev. If you include root access, I'm ready to pay up to 5$ for a pro version. |
[2012-08-18] A Google User: Great, but .. .. it'd be better if videos get thumbnails too. The UI is great though, looks beautiful but second only to Solid Explorer. |
[2012-08-12] A Google User: Nice app,but... Cant view multiple file / folder properties. and also.,can you make the app automaticaly rescan media library when add / paste media file/s? |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: Awesome, the best file manager! I've been using this from about 2 months and it looks really cool. Other file managers have noobish type of UI, this one has a professional look! Add a progress bar while transferring files from one place to other, please :) Also a nice tabletUI will be good too :) |
[2012-08-03] A Google User: Great app Does exactly what it's meant to. Browse files, copy/paste, etc. Looks good, too. Only suggestion I'd make it to have a progress indicator on copying files, and show how big files are without needing to go into the properties view. |
[2012-07-29] A Google User: No root This could be a very nice app if it supported root operations and file permission managing. |
[2012-07-26] A Google User: Unuseful. Shoulden't be built in a phone |
[2012-07-20] A Google User: After update will not open hmmmmm..... Now what? |
[2012-07-14] A Google User: Would be 5 stars except... 1. There is no overall progress indicator when copying a folder. 2. Can't cancel a copy in progress. 3. Portrait oriented thumbnails are poorly cropped. |
[2012-07-12] A Google User: Excellent Just what I need . |
[2012-06-29] A Google User: Nice This app best app |
[2012-06-25] A Google User: Nice UI but doesn't let you create a new file, search options are limited, no advantages in general. No network support. |
[2012-06-24] A Google User: Does what it's made for |
[2012-06-22] A Google User: Best free file manager I've used so far. |
[2012-06-14] A Google User: MKC I tried out many managers on the Market, but only few are worth the effort. I guess MKC is one of the best file manager. |
[2012-05-27] A Google User: Good file manager With a clean UI,perfectly with my Sony Xperia Ray(ICS 4.0.3). |
[2012-05-14] A Google User: Has everything! Small package. |
[2012-05-12] A Google User: Gud app Love the search opt it it... |
[2012-05-10] A Google User: Anya No archived files open |
[2012-05-05] A Google User: The best but needs root Needs root access with ability to change file permissions. Needs to load image thumbnails more quickly. Apart from that, this is the best file manager for android. |
[2012-05-04] A Google User: Change the checkbox to the left side Sometime i tick on the check box will hit on the scrollbar, very annoying! |
[2012-05-02] A Google User: Love the ICS 'Holo' UI. No root file access is a major dealbreaker though :( |
[2012-05-01] A Google User: Almost perfect Add the ability to modify permissions (root) and it'll be perfect. Add in samba share support and more and it'll be the best file explorer |
[2012-04-23] A Google User: Very Good app Lot better than OI FILE MANAGER |
[2012-04-22] A Google User: Perfect for my needs Light and fast. Great work! |
[2012-04-21] A Google User: Best file manager Ever One problem only : Doesn't send Multiple files by Bluetooth |
[2012-04-21] A Google User: Small n fast |
[2012-04-11] A Google User: Could be perfect. Needs root access, better multi select capabilities, more work on the holo theme (perhaps a light version) |
[2012-04-08] A Google User: Good for a first attempt Very basic implementation of the action bar which should change upon selection which I'm not sure how that one got messed up but overall nice and its native |
[2012-04-07] A Google User: Brilliant Ability to view archives, not just extract them, and root permissions would make it even better. |
[2012-04-05] A Google User: Like it Very nice UI and usability. |
[2012-04-04] A Google User: Was so sick of the other filemanager Love the fact that this file manager uses the native theme. Why do all the other file managers insist on their ugly widgets? |
[2012-04-04] A Google User: Native ICS skin! |
[2012-04-03] A Google User: looks and works great! root preferred everything looks great with the holo dark theme, but it would be even better with root operations...until then..have to use ES :( |
[2012-04-03] A Google User: Nice The app is great, but way to slow. |
[2012-04-03] A Google User: Hooray for holo theme! Design guidelines are awesome. At least some apps follow them. |
[2012-03-29] A Google User: Almost perfect Fast and clean file manager. Would love to see an "up" or "back" button on screen instead of having to use hard back button. |
[2012-03-24] A Google User: Root+Network Love the look and functions but it lacks network shares access and root support. Will definitely buy the day it gets those features. |
[2012-03-23] A Google User: Will pay if you add root access |
[2012-03-20] A Google User: Like it.. Best file manager app |
[2012-03-16] A Google User: Gorgeous, functional and neat. |
[2012-03-04] A Google User: almost perfect Android 4.0 compliance This application is designed for Android 4.0 and makes great use of the new UI guidelines. Great work! The only thing it leaves out it proper use of the Contextual Action Bar. When selecting folders for actions, a long-touch is still needed to access available actions (very Gingerbread). Update to the CAB way of doing things and this is perfect! |
[2012-03-02] A Google User: If only it has root access |
[2012-02-29] A Google User: No true Multi Select Only allows you to select all files and Deselect all, not hand select a group to be copied, cut, moved, deleted, or what have you. |
[2012-02-28] A Google User: Could be better than root explorer The only, but quite major, flaw is lack of root support. Once it has root, zip and rar browsing and extraction it is best. |
[2012-01-16] A Google User: No root access? This could be one of the top file management app base on the beauty and clean looks of the ui, but no root access puts it at the bottom. Needs root and more features. |
[2011-12-24] A Google User: Nice but needs work Best looking file manager I have seen yet. Consistent looks with ics. Simple and doesn't add bunch of extra apps I don't want ( looking at you es file explorer ). Needs some work though, basic copy cut paste and other actions. Samba access would be great. |
[2011-11-26] A Google User: Perfect Very good file manager "must have" on Nexus S |
