Infortel® WirelessNOWTM is an add-on to Infortel® Select XSL telemanagement software. Infortel WirelessNOW comes in three editions:
• Infortel WirelessNOW Essential – The “Essential” edition provides wireless phone Call Detail Records (CDR) delivery for smartphones.
• Infortel WirelessNOW Enhanced– The “Enhanced” edition extends basic CDR delivery with additional features such as phone number redirection, time of day settings, no texting while driving, and full outsourced management.
• Infortel WirelessNOW Professional – The “Professional” version provides a number of additional features specially designed for professional services firms.
All versions of Infortel WirelessNOW deliver real-time CDR to ISI Telemanagement Solution’s award-winning Infortel SelectXSL software. Infortel Select XSL allows you to integrate wireless data into ISI’s robust reporting package. With over 100 customizable management reports, all types of users can get reports that allow enterprises to better manage their costs, increase employee productivity, and prevent misuse and abuse.
Infortel Select XSL, when combined with Infortel WirelessNOW provides a comprehensive solution for reporting all activity, regardless of where it took place. A single report by user, department, or enterprise will seamlessly combine PBX phone activity, wireless calls, and wireless text messages.
