[2013-08-23] A Google User: Mostly works... Let's skip the basic concept that I'm paying for something that I need for work, and that my employer is already paying for. Freezes randomly, requiring force close and restart. I understand there isn't space on the screen to show me the whole week's schedule, but an easy alternative would be to let me view another employee's week, so I can figure out how/when I can swap. Time off should automatically match the ending day to the starting day, unless this app reverses time. And it's mighty ugly... |

[2013-08-22] A Google User: Not as good as the app for Apple. The app is ok for trades and requests. A co-worker showed me the app for apple and it has details for managers with sales and labor as you would see it on a desktop. A useful tool I wish I had. For this I only gave it 2 stars. |

Pleeeeease make an update to be able to delete more than 1 message at a time in Messaged. Its very annoying to have to open each message and delete each message 1 by 1. |

If I hit the Back button it will have a loading sign saying "getting day information" ... either way it is not letting me in.... I've only had this app for 2 weeks on this phone n it didn't have any major issues til now. It never Had any issues on my iphone or my Droid ... please fix this!!!! Thank You |

[2013-08-18] A Google User: Loging online is just as good as this crappy app. This app does not tell you when shifts are released. .it tells you when u pick up a shift & when it gets approved & when ur schedule is posted ...but so does the text message option on the hotschedule website. Im so very disappointed with this app. The iphone hotschedule app. Notifies you when shifts are released. Why doesn't the android app do the same? |

[2013-08-12] A Google User: Hot Schedules should be embarrassed by this app UPDATED: I originally gave this app one star when I was using an older phone. I hoped upgrading the phone would help, but it does not. I am now using the Nexus 4 with the very latest version of Android (4.3), and it still doesn't work. I am having the same issues as the majority of the recent reviewers. Looking at all the reviews, it looks like there has been little or no development since the earliest versions of the Android OS. The positive reviews tend to be very old and the scathing reviews tend to be newer. As a manager, I cannot suggest that my employees waste their money on this app. That is really a shame as the iOS app seems to be very good and has a lot of functionality this app lacks. The fact that there are so many purchasers having the same difficulties described over and over in these reviews should have Hot Schedules addressing the issues. Afterall, this is the primary user interface for many of their customers. |

Not only does it load faster on the internet on my phone, I can usually do all I need in the internet before it's even done loading. It gets stuck when I tap shifts I work and gets caught in a loading fail loop that ends with me uninstalling the app to reset it. I can honestly say there are times when the most upsetting part of my day is when I use this app. I want to throw my phone every time |

It would be one thing if this app was free, but considering the cost it's ridiculous that I am constantly getting authorization token errors. If you leave the app open and returned your home screen without backing out, upon reopening the app, it will attempt to open the last screen you were at, to no avail. I literally just had to log on the site through my phone's browser, because the app was displaying the "getting day information" constantly. Either fix or make free. |

I am so frustrated with this thing....it gets stuck, it won't let me see the full schedule, the settings are limited at best you can't change much (if anything) i keep getting emails that i have messages.....but i checked already checked the messages HOURS BEFORE THE EMAIL. Only good thing i can pick up shifts add soon as the become available. That's it....almost a waste of money. I'd give it 1/2 a star of that was an option. |

The only thing I miss about my iPhone is the simplicity and how intricately I could use the hot schedules app to schedule my day and contact my co-workers. Only thing I see I would like to see everyone's schedule but I think they don't so you can't try to call people and bug them about their shifts I don't want people calling me to get my shift. If I want off I will release it then someone can pick it up only makes sense. And again it is worth $3.00 its only $3.00 come on people stop crying over some change on your night stand you will make more than that on your first table. |

First issue is the hanging at login, which seems like a referenced memory issue, I bypass this by minimizing the app or clicking home then opening it from running apps. Second issue is the contacts tab, which in some cases takes ages to load if ever even when connected to WiFi. Overall An app for scheduling needs to be a bit more reliable. And what's up with the GUI it looks like it was born in Android Donut and stayed there. |
